Nonaka虽然强调了tacit，但在他的spiral model里，tacit同explicit 是可以互相转
换的。真如你所说的：任何Knowledge都有two dimension.但所占的比重是不一样的。
对于我们老中来说，tacit是挺好理解的。中国的俗话：“只可意会，不能言传”就是
tacit的最好的表现。
tacit/explicit在最近的product architecture 研究里也可以体现出来：modular类似
explicit， integral 类似 tacit。
