The reason: Bacteria can get into sprout seeds and are "nearly impossible"

1. Store them in a dark，cool place- Do not place a bag of potatoes on or
around your fruit basket, or leave them exposed on the counter. Potatoes
prefer a dark, cool place like under the cabinet preferably 50 degrees or
even lower, keep them there!
2. Do not get them wet!- Potatoes that have been exposed to water will rot
and/or sprout faster than the dry ones, so be sure to dry them off after you

准备材料，买齐所需的香料后，终于在圣诞节能够烤这个非常非常美味的香料烤
鸡了。

我觉得，材料里的那几种香料是不能缺的，用中式香料代替了的话也做不出
这个烤鸡的特点。所以，虽然其中的coriander和cardamom不便宜，但还是买了。
另外，我在烤鸡的下面垫了些brussels sprouts和三色土豆，简单一锅烤了。
家里没有那么大的烤盘，只能用一次性的了。
还有就是，我是提前一天23号就把香料都抹在了鸡上，然后放冰箱，24号直
接取出来稍回温后开始烤。
下面说一下我的步骤吧：
材料：1、整鸡一只（挑了个最小的，正好4磅）
2、2tbsp 姜泥，2tbsp 蒜泥，1tbsp 橄榄油混合调匀

给大家推荐一下sprouted bread. 这种面包不是拿面粉做的，而是把谷物发芽以后做成
面包的。 这种面包有什么好处呢？首先它是whole grain的，谷子里的所有营养物质都
在。其次谷物在发芽以后，能把种子里的营养转化成人体更能吸收的氨基酸。 所以对
身体很好。
这种面包要注意的是不能用高温烤，高温下里面的营养物质就会破坏。 所以一般要在
275F以下烤制。
这种面包因为营养太丰富了，所以很容易发霉。所以多见在冰柜里卖的。要吃的时候拿
出来，微波炉20-30秒就可以了。
可以在whole food, trader Joe,以及大部分的超市的冰柜里买到。 味道都很不错。

the end of Sep, although it could be sooner. My procedures apply to my in-
ground vinyl liner pool. I assume other types of pools are similar.

亞馬遜說，全食最受歡迎的一些食品都會減價；減價食品包括酪梨、香蕉、有機棕色雞

「商業內幕」進行了試驗，買了15種減價食品，發現：這15種食品，減價前要97.96元

「RBC資本市場」的兩名分析師也進行比較，他們研究了亞馬遜減價的15種食品，發現

这时候从南向北的车打灯要在那个大交叉路口右拐。但她提前了很久打灯，车还没倒那

个xfinity的最便宜的那个啥limited basic。开始那一个月有很多台，啥Fox啊，都有
。后来过了一个月这些台都没了。刚来这边，生活经验也不多。装了一个月后才知道，
原来这个package，虽然便宜，但除了广告，没有其他的了。而且这些台随便买个天线
都能收到，很多台用天线收到的还是高清的。xfinity的不是。于是就小孩看一个台，
sprout，放动画片的。遥控器都不需要了。又看了2个多月，快3个月了。连sprout这个
台也没了。不过这次奇怪的是，就光光少了这一个台。
然后，我升级成starter了。internet+TV，算下来，一个月税前50多$。这次我们就看2
个台。小孩看sprout.我只看NBA TV。过了一段时间，NBA TV又没了。光少了这一个台
。我装之前上他们网站看了channel list. 我这个package有NBA TV的啊。刚才我上网
查了下，这个package又没NBA TV了。

Sprouts的创办者是Henry's Market Place的人，他们把Henry's做大以后，卖给了

但是绝对是正宗的American pad thai!!!
干pad thai粉 温水泡上
蒜切碎，葱切段
胡萝卜切丝 绿豆芽洗净
鸡肉切丝
一个鸡蛋
鱼露 （我没有，就用 海鲜酱 蚝油 代替） 生抽 糖 辣椒酱
热油爆香蒜碎 煸炒鸡肉至变色
这时候粉应该已经半软了 控水放锅里煸炒至柔软又不失筋道的程度
（如果总是不够软 可以稍微加点水）
粉基本好了之后下面的动作就要快 以免粉煮过头
迅速按自己口味加入调料 拌匀 把粉拨到一边 放一个鸡蛋在锅里炒熟
然后放胡萝卜 豆芽 葱段
所有东西拌匀 出国
上面再撒一点花生碎就更好啦

情交错而来，身心仿佛训练有素的机器，水来土掩，兵来士当，日日如是，可曾给自己
一个moment，想一想，what difference a day make? 想一想，刚刚飞逝而去的寸金光

我个人喜欢Costco的各种春卷之类的早餐，蒜，羊肉，里脊肉，鸡蛋，有时候还有
warehouse coupon ，觉得这些就值得会员费了，蔬菜水果一般。刚好Costco旁边就有
一家sprouts，在sprouts买蔬菜水果，觉得sprouts+Costco是比较好的搭配。再加上
Walmart离家不远，搭配着来，尽量经济的买。
我们这边没有Kroger，附近有Randall，隔段时间会收到$3off$20，有时候牛肉海鲜比
较便宜就划算，但是他家的正价东西很贵，所以基本有特价才去。 |

轻松快乐的事情？Hmm...她的问题让我陷入了沉思。这一天里，周期性的和突发性的事
情交错而来，身心仿佛训练有素的机器，水来土掩，兵来士当，日日如是，可曾给自己
一个moment，想一想，what difference a day make? 想一想，刚刚飞逝而去的寸金光
阴，有哪些令我们快乐难忘感恩的事情？
每一天，身心是如此忙碌，上紧了发条般运转，手脚行动着的同时，心里更满满充塞欲
念如麻。莫说我们总是行迹匆匆无暇做片刻停留，就算停下来，问自己，今天so far我
都做了什么？怕是大脑顿时起雾，陷自己于一片白茫茫。。。
啊，掐下大腿死劲想，想啊想。。。我的第一个小快乐，从早晨10点左右开始 ----
第一，和儿子去篮球场练球，和他一起各种drills，蔫蔫的小比基本都赢我，特别是投
篮（他的说法，把球pass给妈妈没关系，她正反也投不进anyway）。今天他不知哪来的
神功，Catch & Shot, 他居然连着进了9个，是最好的记录! OP!!! 开心之余，当然趁

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg + 3 small pieces bread - 250
Lunch: 1 cup of rice + bean sprout + fish + bamboo sprout + cookies (from lunch meeting) - 800
Dinner: 1 bite of rice + bamboo sprout + 3 pieces of pork meat + spanich + bean bags - 600
Total: 1650
Exercise: played with two kids outdoor
Plus: tried to eat less at dinner.
Delta: shouldn't eat the cookies from the meeting. should go to sleep before 10:30 pm |

Starting Lavender from seeds sounds like a great inexpensive way to get all
the lavender you desire but it can have some major drawbacks.

Pomona是古罗马的果树和坚果树之神，花园之神。在纽约中央公园南边的有一个Pomona
的喷泉塑像，在苹果店的街对面。
Sprout就是新发的芽的意思。春天的事后各种Sprout发芽（spring），秋天的时候落叶
（fall）。在很久以前，英语里面不是用fall来表示秋天，而是用Harvest来表示秋天
，秋天的满月被称为Harvest moon, 跟八月十五一个意思。

肖传国教授在世界上第一个提出并证实 “人工建立体神经-内脏神经反射弧” 用于治
疗各种脊髓损伤导致的排尿障碍。这一发现在肖传国与方舟子之间挑起了一场科学与反
科学长达五年的论战。为帮助公众了解这场论战的事实真相，本文首先从学术角度根据
科学文献和科学事实对“肖氏反射弧”作一番解析。
反射是神经支配机体生理机能的基本方式。反射弧一般由感受器，传入神经，反射中枢
，传出神经和效应器组成。正常的排尿反射由位于脑干和大脑皮层的高级排尿中枢控制
达骶髓的排尿反射初级中枢完成。膀胱充盈时，膀胱壁的牵张感受器受到刺激而兴奋。

去查了一下，张旭总共发表了90多篇英文文章（不算中文）。回国之后作为联系作者也
有快20篇了。其中有cell, neuron, Journal of neuroscience, PNAS 好多篇。
而且他
1995年就回国了，那个时候国内的环境有多差不用说了吧。这也快20年了。比饶益
2007
年才全职回去多了12年。比起培养的中国学生也多多了，算国内贡献肯定不会小。如果
他一直留在国外，成就未必就比饶差。谁把饶益的文章列一列。国内多少篇，总共多少
篇，培养了多少中国学生？
