A company uses e-beam method to coat ITO on a 1x6 mm device, estimated
thickness 0.15micron. I measured resistance by two probes of a multimeter.
sometimes, I got ~ 100ohm, sometimes, I got much higher resistance.I do not know how uniform your coating is? What is the thickness of your coating?
Other observations:
I f you did not clean the target substrate well, the coating might flake off.

For Aluminum oxide, typically using radio frequency (RF)sputtering, the self
bias is about a couple of hundred voltages, which means the kinetic energy of
some sputtered ions could reach more than 100 eV. That is enough to kill
molecules. I used RF sputtering to deposit Al on Alq3 months ago. XPS results
clearly showed the molecules are killed at least 2 nm in depth.The device

提高CNT在胶带上的附着性，防止sputter抽真空时破坏CNT的形貌。一般桌式的sputter所
带的turbo pump速度很快。在coating之后烤好像没什么意义。 |

基本知识
第一课：入门
1 开车
踩刹车，放手刹，踩离合，挂一档，踩油门到 1500-2000 RPM，保持转速，慢放离合。
2 停车
车速快的时候先踩刹车。等到速度慢了，踩离合，踩刹车，(如果需要)放手刹。长时间
停车，放空挡。
3 趴车
踩离合，踩刹车，放空挡，放手刹。也可以挂档，和手刹形成双保险。上坡停车挂1档
，下坡挂倒档。
在停车场里转圈找车位的时候用2档，提前瞄准空位的话，心里预算好车子的轨迹，2档
直接完成那个轨迹，最后刹车摘档停车。（如果没停正，那就只能用倒档和1档来做微
调了。）如果在快经过时发现空位，那只能停下，用倒档和1档来移车入位。也可以踩
下离合，然后半离合慢慢蹭,不需要到一档。
4 倒车
平地倒车起步可以不给油（或者略微给点油），车动了后用离合和刹车配合就行了。这
时候也不会磨损离合。有坡度就得给油了。进阶指导（DarkRoast）感觉快stall时，离
合控制速度，油门控制扭力，可以精细控制车辆，手动一乐，这个不能缺。没事的时候
，多往复几遍体验下。
5 坡起

当然first solar的股票也是幻觉
当然我们对于intrinsic的标准不一样
如果从半导体上面而言的话,SiNx基本是最高的了,Al2O3现在可以用PECVD做,和SiNx差
不多,SiOx就地很多 ZrO2和Hfo2用PECVD或者RF sputter的话,质量能不能接受就看lz的
application了 |
