着Hal 的Novice2 的计划，从第8周开始的。中间加了几个tempo runs， 但很少能达到
10K的速度。游泳也停了，没时间。 CT 做的是strengthening + stretching, 因为我
怕受伤。周末的Long run都是跟朋友一起跑的，很慢（11分）。计划的mileage 跟的很
认真，但速度很慢。根据我5K 的时间， “5K Predictor”算出的半马的时间大约是1
小时57分39， 配速8：58. 我觉得不可能，这个速度是我sprint 的速度，怎么可能
跑13.1迈。 昨晚开始忐忑不安，不知道该跟那个pacer. 觉得9：30比较现实，但能进2
小时可是很诱人的目标。 最后决定开始跟9分的pacer， 如果感觉累就慢下来。
比赛8点开始，是个ladies only event. 我只睡了不到5个小时（跟5K 不一样，我很

与时俱进、青春的一面。当然，将雅典分为古迹篇和现代篇介绍是人为的，如今的雅典
是古典和现代交融。

根据先生会议按排的导游介绍，希腊总人口大约为11个百万，其中有4.6百万的人居住

是网上除了正规雅典马拉松的信息以外，关于自己跑这条路线的信息几乎没有。从微信
跑群得知春上在他的memoire写了他夏天跑这条路线的经历。找来书一看， 才发现他是
从雅典跑到马拉松的， 而且有一个van随行，所以对准备补给之类的借鉴不大。不过他
书中对炎热天气的描述给了我很深的印象，再加上知道从马拉松到雅典有一个漫长的上
坡，所以定位是fun run，不求成绩，只求跑完。如果供给有问题的话，就坐公交车回
雅典。
跑前一周在一个岛上开会，除了爬山游水外， 一个迈都没跑， 算是彻底taper了。跑
前一天下榻到雅典的旅馆， 从前台打听到去马拉松的首班车是 5:30am。睡了午觉后从
旅馆步行到马拉松的终点（the Panathinaikon Stadium ）去踩了一下点。晚饭carb
loading 吃了意大利面条， cuscus, 和pita bread。早早地打道回旅馆，怀着对第二
天的满怀希望坠入梦乡。
早上四点被闹钟闹醒，去楼下吃了continental breakfast。五点从旅馆出发去汽车站

不少弟兄都问到在巴尔的摩的 Parking问题。由于本身我也不在那里，所以下面的信息
是基于相关各方的网站和其他版友的了解，希望有所帮助。
首先肯定的是，没有免费的Parking，而且付费买到的Parking也是在downtown garage
而非M&T Bank Stadium的，因为Stadium的Parking一早随着Ravens的赛季套票已经卖掉
了，而且是Reserved，即使是在类似国际对曼城这样的单场比赛。
必须说明的是，你必须提前买Parking (in advance)。如果你今天买Parking，那么还
有可能选择邮递的方式收ticket，但是要额外付$10。
另外一个选择就是乘坐公共交通，可能更划算（下面见细节）。

will be ticketed and fined. There are undercover cops there waiting. if you
really want to sell them, then, stand there for a little while, you can
identify who are the cops and who are the fans desperate for tickets. then

I thought it's incredibly stupid to build yet another mega structure in
Beijing, particularly one that's going to be a waste for many years to come.
They can't even fill the existing Olympic tennis stadium. Such money
should be spent on grassroots training and awareness programs. |

，跟第二天原本有的比赛凑一块打，所以好比赛会比较密集。
有时候白天如果都打不完，就会开放Armstrong Stadium的晚场和Ashe同时打（一般
Armstrong是没有晚场的，只有Ashe Stadium才有）。 |

Armstrong court, they are first come first serve based not guaranteed seat.
If you go with Open Mini plan, you get reserved seats for Arthur Ash stadium
and first served Louis Armstrong.

年尤甚，3月中旬竟然还下了两场雪。和LD商量后，决定去亚利桑那采采和暖的阳光。
选择此地的主要原因是，美国棒球大联盟队伍的热身赛（Preseason Game），也叫做春
训（spring training)，正在东部的佛罗里达和西部的亚利桑那进行着。我们自然就近
两全其美－观看喜爱的棒球赛并补足久违的维他命D啦！
离家时穿的冬衣，一出机场就脱下拿在了手里。灿烂的阳光，伴随着友好的机场免费巴
士司机，送我们到了宾馆。为了去看中午1点开始的洛杉矶天使对克里夫兰印地安人的
比赛，我们稍作梳洗换上夏装，先赶去当地有名的老四川解决了午餐，就打的直奔坦佩
洛杉矶天使的魔鬼球场（Tempe Diablo Stadium）。
到达场外时，已经是第三局了，迎面几个黑人各自手里一叠票，问着“ 要票吗 ”并说
票都卖光了。快到门口时，LD问一中年黑人票价，答20刀/张，一看是站票原价10刀，

发在这个版上，不知道合不合适，只是想写写心里的事
几天前出了车祸，是我的责任，stop没停死，被另外一辆车撞了。第一次躺在担架上进
了救护车，去了医院。所幸骨头没事，人也没傻掉，多处肌肉拉伤，现在走路一瘸一拐
的。被开了罚单，下个月出庭。车被撞废了，本来一好好的车最后只能按照零件的价格
卖600块。家里人不敢告诉，怕他们担心。每天撑着起来填各种表格，打各种电话，律
师的，保险的，医院的。感情的事情也出现了危机。几次听着孙燕姿的眼泪成诗，自己
抱着自己哭。今天又有一堆表，突然心冷冷的想，这个世界大概只能靠自己的吧。躲在
家里哭鼻子还是一样，该做的事情不会自动消失，逃避不能解决问题。坚强起来，做个
有担当的人。改掉天平拖沓犹豫的习惯。爱过，活过，做个自己喜欢的人，就好。感谢
周围帮助我的人们，一切都会过去的！

发帖数: 13923 | 48 每年的这个季节，俄勒岗是春意未到冬寒仍在，不断的阴雨不免使人平添几许抑郁。今
年尤甚，3月中旬竟然还下了两场雪。和LD商量后，决定去亚利桑那采采和暖的阳光。
选择此地的主要原因是，美国棒球大联盟队伍的热身赛（Preseason Game），也叫做春
训（spring training)，正在东部的佛罗里达和西部的亚利桑那进行着。我们自然就近
两全其美－观看喜爱的棒球赛并补足久违的维他命D啦！
离家时穿的冬衣，一出机场就脱下拿在了手里。灿烂的阳光，伴随着友善的机场免费巴
士司机，送我们到了宾馆。稍作梳洗换上夏装，我们先赶去当地有名的老四川解决了午
餐，打的直奔坦佩魔鬼球场（Tempe Diablo Stadium），去观看洛杉矶天使对克里夫
兰印地安人的比赛。
到达场外时，已经是第三局了，迎面几个黑人各自手里一叠票，问着“ 要票吗 ”并说
票都卖光了。快到门口时，LD问一中年黑人票价，答20刀/张，一看是站票原价10刀，
我们就继续往票窗走去。这家伙跟着又说两张30刀，见我摇头，于是他呢喃着，我有14
个孩子，还有孙子，我今年44岁和奥巴马是44任总统一个数字。听到这里我们笑了，于

发帖数: 4295 | 50 看到有人发帖子说imax的屏幕尺寸小，转发一个全美的full-sized imax剧院列表。
一般AMC之类里头的imax都不是标准的，有挂羊头之嫌。不过一般价格也比单独的imax
剧院便宜一些。
