和 principal engineer 这两个
具体到 grade, 一般4-5对应 jr, 6-7 对应 sr, 8-9 对应 staff. Principal 基本都
是 senior architect 里面出类拔萃级别的，一般人一辈子混不上 |

现在在一个和QCOM差不多的公司做staff engineer, phd + 3年经验。
拿到2个offer:QCOM和MS,方向差不多都是做embedded
工资package QCOM 稍微高一点，但是考虑living cost后和MS差不多。现在可能偏向MS
一点，但是觉得L62(sde ii)有点倒退回去了,想争取一下L63，大家觉得有戏不？ |

因为这是我的第一份工作，麻烦各位帮我看看怎么样。
个人背景：转专业，master accounting 毕业，没有任何工作经验。刚开始找工作。投
出简历，马上就interview,然后下午就电话说给offer.整个过程还不到3天。
不知道这个offer怎么样？三个月的试用期让我觉得虚虚的，没有把握。有谁知道as a
property staff accountant, 在试用期应该做什么？ |

方面。
很了解 Audit 的命很苦，尤其是前1-3年...no life。
至于最终会不会把一生赔给 internal or external Audit，那要等尝试过才知了，毕
竟见仁见智。
就算最后不喜欢，也得往长远看。毕竟从 audit firm 出来后的工作范围比较广阔。
我的问题不限于4大，比较希望到4小或更小的公司谋职 Audit Associate,但现在机会
少之又少。
所以搜索到一些 CPA Firms 贴出来的 Staff Accountant，工作范围跟我看到的Audit
Associate 的 job description 似乎很相似。这种经济形势下，“没鱼虾也好”。

. accountant in corporates? There were a lot good stories in public
accounting firms, but few in corporate world.
From my own experience, I found it extremely difficult in this economy, I
