零狗碎的看法。
首先，德国人的首要目标是什么？希特勒的想法是很明确的，那就是消灭红军主力，而
不是攻克莫斯科 (D. Glantz, The Battle for Leningrad, Kansas Univ. Press, pp.
26)。这个逻辑很自然：如果只是攻克莫斯科，俄国人仍然可以抵抗，从历史上看，俄
国人被拿破仑占领了莫斯科，而俄国人笑到了最后；从现实看，俄国人在列宁格勒有工
业，乌克兰有农业，高加索有石油，顿巴斯有工业，莫斯科的工业可以迁到乌拉尔继续
生产，攻克莫斯科并不意味着俄国就会投降，而如果消灭了红军的主力，俄国人想不投
降也没有办法(说到这里，希特勒向毛泽东抛个媚眼：俺们德国人也是要以消灭敌人有

60 多年前，一群小白程序员扒了一个俄罗斯的开源框架，写了几行漏洞百出的代码，
产品上线运营了，30 年后新的 CTO 实在看不下去了，重构了部分代码，但框架依旧是
旧的，又过了 30 年新代码和就框架严重不兼容，产品濒临崩溃，用户流失严重。
这时我们该：
1、继续修 bug 打补丁；
2、换个框架重构代码；
3、干脆换掉这些程序猿；
关键是那个开源框架糟烂得很，还没哪个使用它的产品成功过，后来连俄国人自己都抛
弃不用了

当时少数先进的国家都使用微软的Windows，其他的绝大多数国家要么用DOS，要么作为
受Windows主机控制的远程终端，相比之下， Communix支持的机子很少，但移植
Communix的努力一直就没停止过。最早是以法国为主的一些人在巴黎、里昂等地移植过
，但失败了。此后 Communix分成两条路发展，一条是删除一些不兼容的代码，把
Communix移植到Windows运行；反对微软的另一批人在俄国著名程序员 Lenin的领导下
，在俄国移植Communix获得成功（第一次发行时称为俄版Communix beta或Communix 3.
0beta），一度做到15个主节点、20多个子节点的大规模并行Cluster，并影响到亚洲、
东欧、拉美等一些地方。

苏联需要来自外部世界的颂扬，纪德、罗曼.罗兰、萧伯纳等著名作家先后都被邀请访
问苏联，这些人回去后无不交口称赞苏联的伟大成就。与这些文学家不同，有一个人的
观察视角很独特，那就是以赛亚.伯林。
我们知道，英国思想家以赛亚·伯林（1909-1997）的父辈是拉脱维亚的犹太商人，他
本人在沙俄和苏俄内战期间度过了青少年时代，1921年离开俄国前往英国。这种生活背
景使他具有观察俄国的独特优势——他既具有本土文化的积淀和无障碍的语言交流，又
有一种"跳出三界外"的旁观者清的深邃角度，因此他谈论俄国的著作都有一种"进得去
，出得来"自如感和整体长视角。
译林出版社翻译出版的《苏联的心灵——共产主义时代的俄国文化》是他1945到1990年
不同年代访问苏联的十篇回顾性报告和讲演。战后伯林定期到冷战铁幕下的苏联访问，
每次去苏联的时间都不长，而且是有专人陪同只能让他到"指定的地点"，但是嗅觉灵敏
的伯林仍然能扑捉到"波将金村庄"背后的信息。

主席死了，我气得推他说：你个现行。当时大家都觉得主席是不死的，但我确实觉得哪

今天，是北大图书馆助理员逝世纪念日，有这样一个广泛的说法，他的知识分子政策，
是因为在北大当图书馆助理员时被大知识分子歧视。读我文章的，大概是自认知识分子
的居多，我就讲下这个问题吧。
这个说法我最早是在《书屋》一篇文章里看到的，有些文章谈及此，还强调，除了北大
经历外，还有井冈山时期被留苏回来的知识分子轻视的原因。图书馆助理员在北大期间
的经历，斯诺的《西行漫记》中相关原文段落如下：
