发帖数: 201 | 1 如果各位對珠江鋼琴有所研究，珠江在2000中買下了一個德國品牌的鋼琴稱Ritmuller.
我有許多家長跟我反應想買歐洲鋼琴但不想買珠江，上次我將維也納鋼琴品牌
Brodmann組成團購但被公司阻止，我的構思是希望家長們能花同樣的價錢買到性價比好
的鋼琴。近這兩三年來所有的團購無論是YAMAHA, KAWAI 或珠江的家長們參加團購的目
的都是因為家中有孩子將要學鋼琴不想買太貴的鋼琴但也不知哪個品牌是好所以便加入
團購。
如果我與珠江鋼琴公司談，看他們會願意將Ritmuller拿出來做團購，家長們有沒有興
趣呢? 如果你不知道Ritmuller 可以參考以下資料。

不好，大部分时候那个地方根本就不会象那样好好的折着，我见的很多这个设计的包都
有这个问题。
balenciaga，i don't know man i don't know，觉得这个包不太versatile，而且不知
道为什么那么火，总之我很不粉很不粉这个包，软pia pia的，包面的texture也显得不
那么有质感，有挺多其他包都能给人这种rocker的，机车的感觉。
chanel，一直觉得chanel特花瓶，又装不了什么东西，就是一个，牌子大，个人也没觉
得有多好看，真不值这个价格
trapeze是我人生中第一只大牌包，设计真的非常有个性让人眼前一亮，设计感很强，
缺点有两个，因为它象是一个很abstract的object，很standout that it pops，同时
也容易让人觉得it doesn't go with your outfit，第二个缺点它用起来没有那么方便
（虽然有大把比这个包更难用的包，但是这5个里面最不方便的一个），你需要把它关

，感觉好像藤校就是一块金锭，拿到手里，再也不会变质，也不会贬值。但是他们忘了
，所谓藤校，不是永远都牛，学生靠上藤校得到进入社会的敲门金砖，但是藤校也要靠
学生维系他们在社会的影响力。那么什么样的学生藤校最喜欢，有社会影响力的学生。
奥巴马也好，扎克伯格也好，都是在不同的领域发挥了巨大影响力的人。藤校并不在乎
出了多少医生，多少年收入上了贫困线的工程师，因为他们对藤校的名声没啥帮助。
湾区牛小学初中高中亚裔学生比例很大，结果是什么，从小就承受比别人高的多的竞争
压力，人家科罗拉多好学校的学生学习时间不到你湾区学生的一半，课余可以进行自己

背景：本科数学+经济，毕业后在某投资公司做portfolio analyst两年，辞职读了个精
算硕士。学校一般，成绩一般，考试有3个，cfa一级。
找工作经历：硕士毕业找传统精算（咨询/保险）工作半年无果，有过3个interview均
被鄙视。有家大型保险公司直接对我说硕士如果没有把prelim全考完就不用申请了（我
哭~~）。只好用原来的经验找到现在这个公司做老本行。3个月后该公司asset
liability management部门贴出opening,直接找到部门head表衷心，3轮interview后给
了offer,于是跳槽。
现在的工作职能主要是进行ALM建模，stress testing, scenario分析。同时有几个
asset allocation的research project，都很有意思。算是金融和精算的结合吧，正好
符合我两方面的兴趣。
感想：运气很重要，在学历成绩都差不多的情况下，有时候就是取决于meet the right

国内top2学校top1数学
但是gpa不高，只有3.4左右
身边大牛太多，申的统计方向只拿到几个ad，没一个offer
经济方向也只拿到几个ad
反而倒是商学院拿到了两个不错的offer，一个是top30的finance
所以我觉得商学院还是somehow蛮看重数学背景的，虽然不是要求所有的人都有数学背
景，但是数学好的肯定是有一定的机会的。
至于lz，我觉得你应该想想你比起其他申请人的特长是什么。有什么是能够让你
standout的。像是高考数学134分啥的就算啦，我当年还是地级市的状元呢。我还认识
很多省状元误入歧途读生物的，那人家岂不是更惨了。 |

，因为big 老板有更多的credit，做出来的东西相对可信。并且big 老板很多人认识，
知道是一个什么样的人，更值得信赖。你一个小老板发出来同样的文章，给出的推荐信
，没有credit，谁知道你的data 可不可靠？谁知道你是一个什么样的人？
学术界的这种关系很多时候是靠自己的hard work和dedication 才建立起来，
你要进牛老板实验室，从牛实验室standout，得到牛老板欣赏，并给出很好的推荐信是
一件很困难的事。这样的关系没有什么可指责的。并且建立这种关系的过程是公开的。

面试过程中有很多感想。MITBBS有很多帖子写的非常好，但确实需要悟性的。我列一列
我的错误吧
1 不要喝coffee。我在RICHMOND 的时候，由于紧张不停的喝coffee。结果整个早晨就
不停的running。虽然没有影响面试，但很影响情绪。
2 准备好病理的commitment这个问题。 有一个faculty以前是pediatric surgeon，由
于family原因改了pathology。一直强调我的性格适合更人打交道，我准备了这个问题
的，但是自我感觉不好，整个interview就在我的辩论中结束。
3 儿科面试dressing稍微upgrade一下。病理的可以保守一些。我面试儿科IU的时候，
特后悔没穿裙装。儿科的AMG mm的化妆很明显，有一个居然用了NARS的orgasm。一起面
试的有13 个，我在里面，显得很standout。太保守了。
4 driving 平时要多开。我的整个面试简直是开车惊魂记。去COUMAUGH VALLEY时候，
在city里开迷失了，回来时候多亏了一个中国GG在前面引领着我才开回来。顺便说一下 |

的经验和教训好像对他们还是有点帮助的，看到版上也时不时有人问behavioral
Science重不重要的问题。如果想上99，想standout of others，是不可以有任何科目
瘸腿的。不然就会像我，只能得个225了。
当然考不到99也不是世界末日，我也见到很多前辈没有99也match上了，让我这个后来
者看到希望。

my background. It seems like they like me. Anyhow, on the surface, they like
me and encourage me a lot. I talked with my doctor. he said medican schools
(I guess similar to pharmacy school) are looking for someone unique. As
long as you have good GPA, pharmacy experience, strong P.S., and good
interview skills. You should standout among a bunch of full time students
with chemistry and biology backgrounds. |

研究经历。临近毕业，着手试着找工作，方向都是clinical research associate /
assistant 之类。基本都是石沉大海。感觉自己的经历各种不伦不类，没有各种
certificate。自己仔细想了想，也觉得自己是在没有什么unique的技能可以让自己在
job market standout，但是又没有什么决心和勇气读phd。
自己做了两个project，包括毕业论文，都是human trial，数据分析都是自己用SAS或
者SPSS。发现自己挺乐意做clinical research的data分析，所以有了读统计master的
打算。不晓得难度如何，打算先修matrix和mathstats两门课，再着手申请。
感觉有些渺茫，也不知这个决定是对是错。。。 |
