发帖数: 182 | 1 码农，入职快半年了，刚来的时候还是有一些任务可以做，圣诞过后项目结束。1月份
时经理提了几个新项目，让每个组员主攻一个项目去做需求，搭框架...但唯独没给我
分配任何新项目相关的任务。
另外，刚进team的时候经理还会自己创建并分发一下任务，但现在他完全不管了，完全
由组员自己给自己创建任务。所以我现在的处境很尴尬，没有负责的项目，想不出活干
，每天的standup meeting都是煎熬，没有东西可以汇报，感觉成了组里的边缘人物。
想请教下下板上有经验的高人们，我这样是不是很危险，该怎么办才能改善这样的处境
。我得承认入职后一段时间表现得不是很积极，没有主动揽活，这是不是一个原因呢？
再就是这种情况我是不是该考虑跳槽了，可是我需要公司今年帮我申请工作签证。

其实Angular这个Lead一直从头忙乎到尾，每周两次全组Standup（后来另一个Lead就消
失不参加了，大家以为他忙着support现有系统），积极documentation，也经常向CIO
汇报。无奈Dojo那个家伙在暗处，而且大老板可能早就有preference了。
觉得Dojo Lead这么做有点伤人品吧。 |

真心寻求大家的帮助，楼主实在是走投无路没有办法了。
一个月前跟manager 1-1，manager说给我30天叫我找工作，说虽然我work hard但是还
是干活儿太慢，还老问问题影响别人进度，要放我进pip。当时楼主完全不知道pip是什
么，不知道该怎么办，以为自己再努力一点就好，但是陆陆续续问了一些朋友，又自己
查，才知道自己已经是在悬崖边上了。马上开始改简历投简历，这样过了两周，
manager要跟hr我们仨开会，显然是要我签字，我为了拖时间，请了两周假把之前攒的
假期全用了，在家刷题面试。虽然之前找工作刷过题，但是毕竟时间紧迫就急匆匆投了
一些公司并且参加了onsite，感觉就差一点点但是还是被拒了。

Italian Beef这东西据说是Chicago的发明。虽然号称是“意大利”的，但其实和意大
利的饮食传统没什么关系。估计又是很多年以前，有人突发奇想——牛肉要这么细切，
然后放面包中间，然后在汁里面一蘸。然后就挂意大利的羊头卖起狗肉来。声名远播之
后，其出处也无从知晓了。
在Chicago最有名的一家卖Italian Beef的店，就是Mr. Beef。在八九十年代的时候，
当时Jay Leno等standup comedian以及当时的一些Chicago本地的news anchors比较喜
欢这个地方。店主名人照片签字搞了一堆，想不火都难。结果成为了Chicago的legend
了，旅游手册上都要写的。
上次慕名而去，结果却大失所望。拿到手的Italian Beef，看着就没个样子。一片甜辣
椒软趴趴的，牛肉也极普通，面包也是一般。吃一口，口味单调乏味，还不如Portillo
’s这种连锁店。其实想想，也就释然。现在的店主，估计早不是原来的了。新的店主
和做东西的人，一个个都不知道什么来历。只是用原来的牌 |

对于纯粹joke为目的的racial factor，或者racist joke，我从来不敏感，只要他是平

我基本上是with you的，我也成天看standup，老中被嘲讽相对比例不算太高，老墨老
黑被嘲讽的比例高点
老韩被嘲笑也不少
不过这些多数是出自少数民族嘴里，一般有immunity，白人一般不太敢

我个人看了不觉得敏感，也理解敏感的同学
至于老是要教你你应该如何反应的同胞，我觉得没必要，大家都是成人，都有自己的世
界观，无须强求
我个人就是racial jokes的粉丝，我们单位以前也有互相racial joke互相trash talk
的风俗。最近这批人好点。
只要是comedy way说出来不觉得被offend。相反我一个前同事，不是用搞笑方式讲的，
就被complain到hr过
喜剧的很多东西，not about what you say, it's about how you say it。
russel peters, david chappel的方式几乎无人觉得有问题
