先说说自己惊醒的问题（startle)，就是看上去睡得好好的，突然胳膊挥舞一下而惊醒。
开始睡的前20分钟会自己惊醒5-6次（没有外界干扰，宝宝也已经被包起来了），有的
就又直接睡了，有的睁眼几秒钟，有的哭起来要一两分钟再睡。如果不包起来更严重，
我有一次数到5分钟惊醒10次（最短10秒一次）。睡实后好很多，晚上也会一次睡几小
时，中间也有startle但一般自己会再睡去。
另一个问题是白天几乎不睡，大部分都少于20分钟（多半是刚吃完的时候），偶尔能睡
多于一两小时（差不多也就每周一两次），这样一来每天总共睡得时间只有10小时左右。
另外，惊醒的问题就是从宝宝两个月（9周）打了疫苗的当天下午开始的。说实话，我
一直是支持打疫苗的，可这次我总觉得就是打疫苗引起的，想起一个月后又要打我就很
难受...... |

时），但问题也随之而来，就是他慢慢再大了以后只有困的时候才能被裹，一裹就能睡
着，但是半夜醒了就会使劲想要挣脱出来。
我们用swaddleme裹，他挣扎不出来，就会哭醒；如果用receiving blanket裹，挣出来
了之后就不能再自己睡，手脚一挥就把自己惊醒了；完全不裹吧，还是因为startle
reflex，根本睡不好。
所以我们到后来就到了一个两难的局面，裹吧，娃不喜欢，不裹吧，娃睡不好觉。在
babycenter上一搜，不少宝宝都对swaddle有依赖性，到后来都有这个问题。所以我家
娃三个月大了以后，我们又专门花了1、2周来给他戒swaddle，让他慢慢适应自己的
startle reflex，刚开始的时候一晚上醒好多次，我们都要起来哄他重新入睡，过了一
阵子才慢慢又能开始睡整觉的。
唐了一大堆，就是想要提醒一下大家，swaddle有它的好处，但是如果娃养成了对
swaddle的依赖性，以后也有点麻烦，到时候又要来戒。 |

醒后睡不回去，要大人花很久抱怀里哄睡，然后开始新一轮的放下，惊醒，大哭，哄睡
。。。
这样一直折腾，从上午10点到傍晚几乎就不能睡着。
很担心他这样太缺觉， 或者有其他不舒服。
