页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有

论最近粮价的文章，文章分析了今年夏季小麦的价格上涨以及国际市场上的恐慌情绪，
文中的观点非常有远见卓识，值得我们思考。
粮食是任何社会不断被提及的话题。穷人要吃饭，富人也离不开粮食，从国家层面
来看，有的国家会因为缺粮而发生动乱，而有的国家发愁剩余的粮食出不了口。更不用
说一些国家因为不能进口便宜的进口粮食而不得不吃本国的高价粮。在这种情况下，国
际粮食市场就成为调剂各国粮食余缺的重要渠道。不过这个市场却常常蔓延着恐慌情绪
，粮食禁止出口的事例时有发生，甚至会引致多国连锁反应。比如今年8月，俄罗斯发
布粮食出口禁令，而随后乌克兰“跟风”表示将实行谷物出口的配额限制。过去我国同

The website of Clifford Kubiak from UCSD had a page in poor taste taken down
recently. The website listed the lab rules to follow while working in the
Kubiak group. Most of the rules are written in a tongue-in-cheek fashion
covering basic safety awareness. However, Lab Rule #3 stands out. The image
of the offending website is shown below, and implies that the word of
Chinese colleagues should not be trusted.

家不可能出现食品让人吃了不放心的问题", the state, especially a communist one
, has every reason to 利润最大化.
I'll give a real-life example. During Mao's time, the communist China
stockpiled a lot of crops (even its people are already starving). Due to the
bad storage condition, molds and fungal inevitably invaded the staple. What
did the state do with the rotten staple? They just handed out, and you
actually had to pay for it :) No free candies. |
