个镇子对家里能存多少汽油有规定。
汽油的比较普遍，选择多。
柴油功率大，柴油保存期长，噪音也更大。
煤气的多是stationary backup，功率更大，如果经常停电，这是首选。
还有用罐装气的，一天用个3，4瓶不在话下。 |

我在超车道开，超了最右边一辆车，最右边一条lane 还有辆警车在开，结果被警车追
上pull over
开的罚单上写我的速度70， 限速55.但我的速度肯定没有70， 大概65左右
问题是，警察在罚单上写他的车是stationary, 而且我在lane3上开，也就是最右边开,
他用的还是laser gun
这是明显的false information.请问怎么证明警察写的是假信息？

和6人的小圆桌，论坛上都有很多客人抱怨小桌太少，我们才取下了两个6人圆桌，换成
了3张2人正方桌和3张4人长方桌，现在桌子要是都变大一点呢，就没有地方走路了，不
然就必须减桌，一减桌又会太稀松，空间无法良好利用，主要桌子会不够用，就现在这
样还经常有客人不愿意排队等位而不满离去。我觉得我唯一能做的就是物色几张比现在
方桌再稍微长一点点的桌子代替。。。。老一些的中餐馆室内设计基本都是不怎么有条
框有规划的，都是桌子往里自由摆，不象老美的还有booth啊，或者桌子都是

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, run 3-5 miles either outdoors or in the
gym. Then stretch muscles.
Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, ride a stationary bike plus walk on
the treadmill for at least an hour combined. Push irons. Do situps and
pullups in the gym.
On Sunday, play 2 hr of full-court, pick-up games with a bunch of equally
atheletic friends. I have many bruises and scars to show for it.

这是上次去看医生给了几页资料 然后结合我自己最近的体会描述一下
1. elliptical machina, 椭圆机一般的gym都有 号称对knee impact小 但是又能增加
knee的耐力 然后也是很好的cardio的锻炼
这个可以根据自己现在的水平确定level和时间 我一般选个15到25分钟 work load可以
调整 反正踩着不费劲 但是后来会觉得有些疲劳
2. stationary bike: 这个现在gym一般有两中 一种是普通bike, 一种是有靠背的 有
靠背的这种因为脚蹬的角度不一样 感觉是人更躺一些 所以更象是腿往前推一个重量
我觉得这个更好 因为单纯做腿推的哪个machine我看gym里都很少 我上次试了work
load最低的那个level, 都感觉有点吃力 不过坚持了30分钟,
上面两种都是需要machine的 下面是一些可以在家里场地 |

查了一下规则，也不能确定。
