The so called "as is" condition for private car transaction is not

前段时间去Miami玩，回来后收到警察给的camera ticket，说是在一个路口failure to
comply with a steady red signal，罚款$158, 不会涨点。说我是违反了Florida
statutes 316.0083, 316.074(1), 316.075(1)(c)(1).
去网上看了他们拍的照片和录像，发现我是在1号公路上右拐Palm Dr的时候被拍的。我
在最右边那条只能右拐的lane，打着右拐的闪灯，看到红灯后就开的很慢，图片上显示
是10mph，然后就拐到Palm Dr上了，没有做complete stop。我猜想警察给ticket就是
因为我没有complete stop然后右拐。

问题是我在2月底给老婆申请转身份的时候我的h1b还没file啊。现在申转f2的话是不是
就只能申请到我opt到期日期为止？但我opt四月中就到期，现在申转f2恐怕结果没出来
opt就到期了。这样的话移民局会怎么处理？还是说结果没出来之前，4月1号之后，我
可以去update我们的statues成opt cap-gap？
情况是比较复杂。主要是不想让老婆在孕期最后一两个月还有宝宝刚出生就要travel。

是折腾的动的表现，我一个朋友的妈妈一直到75岁才停止折腾，学会分辨，什么时候是
真的需要你，什么时候 是用生病为借口绑架你 3）他们说过的话，基本当成空气，不
管他们说什么，都和自己说10遍，都是空气，左耳进，右耳出。他们说的任何话不在你
心里留过任何痕迹。之所以痛苦，是因为还有爱，等你真的不在乎的，你就不会痛苦了
。4）如果有机会，找专业人士做一下conselling about forgiveness. 忘记和原谅，
然后继续自己的人生。你是个成年人，学会放下童年的不幸。有一个笑话，you need

到了10月1号，status就自动变成H1b了，以前的F1(OPT)就自动失效了，在这之前，理
论上讲H1b的申请是不影响F1 Status的，也不应该会影响到OPT的审批，opt本来就是在
F1里面的工作许可而已，不牵涉到Change of Statues.
不过谁也不知道UCSIS会怎么批，他们可以批准或者拒绝申请不需要太多理由的，还是
需要有运气，至少要碰到懂得规则的officer审理你的case.
我现在也是这个情况，希望大家都好运。
