李的说法（1956年4月上旬有了宇称不守恒思想的突破）：
1956年4月8号或9号，Steinberger到李的办公室讨论如何测定重粒子的自旋（与θ-τ
之谜无关，和宇称不守恒也无关）。在讨论的过程中，李忽生灵感，想到要解决θ-τ
之谜，必须先离开θ-τ系统，必须假定θ-τ以外的粒子也可能发生宇称不守恒的新现
象。李设计了一个新的赝标量，用它可以试验θ-τ以外的系统宇称是否不守恒，尤其
是Steinberger正在进行实验的重粒子。他马上把这个想法告诉了Steinberger，并请他
转告他实验组的人，要他们赶快按照李的建议去重新分析实验数据。1956年4月中旬，
Steinberger和他的实验组有了初步的分析结果，虽然有迹象表明宇称很有可能不守恒，
但数据样本不够，还不能做出宇称不守恒的断定。Steinberger估计一年之内，他们可以
用布鲁克海文实验室的加速器再去产生十倍多的事例。4月中至4月底，李在进行奇异粒

如果你是一般的声卡捏，那就上一个ASIO4ALL的驱动。
就这个名字，下载安装一下就好。然后到你的Audition里面
选择这个驱动，应该就好了。
如果是个带ASIO驱动的专业声卡呢，那简单。就装好驱动，
然后在audition选择上，就行。

是Steinberger去找的他，而且讨论的是如何测定重粒子的自旋，与θ-τ之谜无关，

我确实不是费米的博士研究生，李是。可是我是费米的得意学生，而李不是。证明一：
费米在芝加哥的九年教过不少学生，其中只有我和他联名发表过理论物理文章[Phys.
Rev.76，1739(1949)]。证明二：1948年春费米为了弄懂Schwinger对重整化的工作（这

美国别的州里的事儿不知道，就说说我们加州。
加州自2012年选举以来，民主党在州议会已经形成绝对大多数(super majority)。州参
议会40位议员里28位是民主党，11位共和党（一位空缺）；众议会里80位议员里55位民
主党，25位共和党。有绝对大多数的好处就是吵架的少了 – 以前州议会经常吵架，
尤其是在每年州预算出笼的时候，两党各执一言，僵持不下，预算一拖再拖。到了实在
无法拖了的时候，两会议长要把议会大楼的门锁起来，勒令议员们日夜连轴转，预算不
出来不许回家。有两年州政府不得不发IOU给所有要付费的地方，实在尴尬。但是，民
主党这个绝对大多数来得晚了点，因为在2010年，加州选民通过Prop.25, 决定州预算
只要有大多数议员投票过了就可以，不用再像过去要2/3绝对大多数议员同意了才可以
通过。尽管如此，民主党有了绝对大多数，在议会里基本上就是可以为所欲为了，共和
党反对是没有用的，正因如此，民主党的提案，包括那些需要有绝对大多数通过的一般
都会轻易通过，SCA5只是一例而已。
