没有输液，治疗是大剂量steroid. 然后定期査血。我自己也吃了大量花生红衣，也吃
阿胶，和大量复合维生素B，都有一定效果。steroid 很有效，但坏处是副作用大，用
药期间严防感染（因为是降低免疫力）而且用了后不能立停，只能 taper off，我大概
用了半年时间恢复。我看的是专科hemotologist, 建议楼主带小孩看specialist, 最好
去children's hospital 这类医院。祝好运。 |

。我在此记下这些和我们总结的一些经验教训，盼望也能对别的父母们有所帮助。
8月22日（星期一）的晚上茹茹开始发烧到102.5F，并伴有轻微咳嗽。我们给她吃了
Tylenol控制体温。第二天是安安的五岁生日，本来就约好了要做5岁的例行体检，于是
也给茹茹约了见医生。 因为是生病预约，所以就哪个医生有空就见哪个，这次见的是
一个年轻的男医生，以前从来没有见过。医生给茹茹检查了耳朵，咽喉，都没有问题。
又做了一个口腔粘膜的检查排除了Strep throat 的可能。医生仔细反复的听了胸腔，
最后的结论是可能是因为病毒感染上呼吸道有些congestion，肺部和支气管都没有问题
。所以没有开任何药，只是因为茹茹上半年曾经因为感冒，上呼吸道感染发生过哮喘
（Wheezing），建议我们白天每4-6个小时做一次Albuterol 的雾化。
接下来的几天茹茹依然发烧咳嗽，只要Tylenol的药效一过，体温就升到102F以上。白
天稍好，晚上咳嗽加剧，体温也更高。但是只要不发烧，小朋友的精神状态就很好，依

foundations. I dumped the PAMF one right after I saw thabit.
I have good result with Thabit and MORE physiotherapy. Both support 49ers

几个星期不消褪。医生诊断为Idiopathic Urticaria，给我开了抗过敏的药和一种
steroid，叫Prednisone，吃了之后，身上的荨麻疹倒是消失了，但脸变得像银盆，又
圆又大，脖子后突起一个肉丘，两腿痉挛，脚一落地就痛。
去年和今年上半年又出现过荨麻疹，没那么严重，也没敢再吃steroid。

发帖数: 367 | 42 握爪，同闹皮肤病。四个爪子两个后腿（heel）先后都起硬包流血结痂，包扎消毒无效
，看医生，当injury（怎么可能？）开了抗生素，吃后狂吐，医生换另外一种吃一周，
无效。换个医生再看，问直接打steroid试试看还是做biopsy，选biopsy，结果出来是
细菌性感染，嘱观察一阵。一周后还是在出血，再看医生，说这种情况steroid不适合
，开第三种抗生素，对皮肤病比较有效的那种。吃三周，还是无效就转给皮肤科。已经
吃了一周，貌似好一些。
猫为什么会得这种病还是个谜。不知道跟曾经长期吃weruva有没有关系，这个罐头fat
含量极低，前不久还发现烂罐头。没给猫吃过鱼油，会不会猫皮肤太干导致的？ |

今天回家前，小黑咳出一大片痰类的东西
送去culture了。。。
边等结果边继续吃抗生素。。。
现在小黑出院啦！
不过今天全身唯一的白色。。。白色大胡须一根。。。掉了。。。
整个医院的医生护士都拿这个当story of the day。。。呵呵呵。。。
目前小黑就是在家静养。
准备把小黑关卧室了，避免小白和豆腐跟他玩。。。

同时开始steroid。这一下把问题给解决了。但是停药后有复发，我当时把剩下的一些
antibiotics和steroid又让它吃了一周，这次没效果了。
上次治这个病的时候正好要拔牙，做了验血等全面检测，没发现有其他的问题。
至于infection，我看着不想有infection的意思。就是Minor skin wound。 |

他说pathology没有发现pancreatitis,说了一大堆,大意是没发现可以直指某种病的情
况.但说某种protein有点高, 这个最早做blood test的时候也发现了. 然后他说given
肚子里的这种fluid, 酥饼又不respond to antibiotics, 他提到了FIP...当时我正开
车, 停在路边哭了好久. 我问他FIP的symptons有哪些, 他说这个很vary,比如有些发烧
,有些不吃饭没食欲,有些拉肚子,很多情况.....
他说现在的option有:
1.再做个fecal test, test coronavirus, FIP貌似是这个virus的变异?但是这个就算
positive也不能说明是FIP, FIP没有准确的诊断.但FIP好像就是肚子里有水.但这个这
个test是negative,FIP的可能性就是very unlikely.
2. 重新做一次ultrasound, 再取一点东西出来做pathology. 跟之前步骤一样, 说了不

喂抗生素和steroid之类药物。对免疫系统伤害太大。如果疼痛，止疼药是得用。
fortiflora 可以用一点。
我都不敢想，这么短的时间内，猫被灌了这么多药，手术还疼。这要能有胃口才怪呢
。猫在电解质紊乱的情况下，就是蹲着也不愿低头的，因为会难受。
可以买个猫耳朵的体温计，自己monitor体温。看是不是发烧。有多严重。如果
发烧，一定要多喝水或是猫奶。
他拉稀比拉不出来要强。这也是个排毒的过程。只是要注意补水份和营养。一天分几
次喂meshed can food. 另外，pumpkin puree可以喂一点。

用，但是大部分时候对暂时消炎很有效。我觉得让饼饼这么吃很少还一直拉不行。猫猫
必须自身身体有一定strength才能更好抵抗疾病。

can I pick up the printout records?
Have you found inflammation from the examinations done for my cat? If found
, is the inflammation serious? Do you recommend steroid? If you do, can you
prescribe some steroids? blah, blah.
Keep asking questions face to face. Let them know, you will be a chatter
box if you don't get what you need. |

appetite. But real FIP cats don't have appetite.
Is there serious inflammation mentioned in the report? If yes, get some
steroid from the vet. It doesn't mean you will use steroid immediately. But
it's good to have it just in case. Monitor his temperature.
Stress is very bad for cats' health. Let him relax. |
