最有效的健身用的steroids就是雄性激素啦。雄性激素本身被禁掉以后，又出了层出不
穷的雄性激素衍生物，在陆续被禁掉以后又出了pro－steroids，加个基团水解后变回
雄性激素之类的。副作用是它可以逆向毁灭机体自身制造雄性激素的能力，睾丸萎缩，

是因为觉得喉咙痒，踢完足球后咳嗽明显加重，一段时间不踢就轻下来，但还是咳。另
外，他大概从三四年前开始春季过敏，打喷嚏，红眼睛之类的。
之前看了家庭医生，说咳嗽是过敏引起的，让吃了七天的claritin（抗过敏药），但没
用，然后给refer到了耳鼻喉医生那，那个医生也说是过敏，让吃五天的steroid（类固
醇），说是可以去除所有的炎症之类的，如果没效果的话就考虑是acid reflux。
我想问下：
1，这种情况有没有做个喉镜之类的，之前家庭医生提出来过
2，这个steroid会不会有一些副作用，比如胆固醇升高之类的，因为我老公胆固醇一直
过高，属于borderline的那种，再吃的话，会不会更控制不了了
3，这个咳嗽还有没有可能是其他原因造成的？一年前拍过一个胸部xray，没看到什么
，今年家庭医生不给再照了

steroid导致脂肪在脸上的堆积造成的moon face对这些脂肪率本来很低的运动员来说是
最好的猜测方法吧。Howard根本看不到moon face。

偏中性的Hormones 难长肌肉。偏男性的容易长。健身的女生炼来炼去也炼成男的了。
于是就有人靠steroids去补。有了快速的效果。
我想知道有什么方法可以测Hormones的指数？比如额个人，从小到大很少打手抢，最近
一段。基本不honry。肯定Hormones有问题。Hormones分泌偏中性狂炼也效果一般。至

the help of bile. Are steroids in the food really broken down once absorbed? Maybe not since cholesterol in the food, which is also one type of steroids (not a
steroid hormone though), is not broken down but directly absorbed and
