这几年十来个比赛,这是唯一没犯什么错误、状态也好的。首先是在这里学习了三年理
论,去年底终于开窍了明白了easy run的道理。然后做潮流的跟随者,比如bare foot
running,吃全麦,减肥(145lb to 137lb,) 读AM等。
从大学开始跑了十多年的12分钟跑,基本都能完成3k。这几年也就知道猛跑。去年底在
Dallas white rock Marathon同一天我试着自己在野外跑了个全马,pace 9’,结果跑
成了runner’s knee。歇了50天后今年2月份决定洗心革面按 Runner’s world的Smart
coach训练全马, 每周mile数大大增加,80%以上都是easy pace,4月份5K 10K都提高明
显。当时服了,跑步这么简单的运动学问都这么大,而且我想的都是错的,其他事情因
为方法不当不知吃了多少亏,只是自己不知道。六月份觉得全马ready了,20miler跑了
好几个,才发夏季全马好难找啊。又不舍得花钱飞到别处,于是重新归零,从6月到10

我去年12月跑了首马,开始不知天高地厚跟着一个3:40的跑了一半,10麦开始side
stitch,有4-5左右,后面基本上就是熬下来的了...
不过说真的,怎么能叫腿有力气呢?很郁闷就是吃得很多,觉得肚子里还有能量,但就
是腿迈不出去... |

后就是side stitch了好几麦
我看你tune race后的14 miles跑得很好啊,我去年从来没有tune race过,
而且我觉得经验也许很重要,你这是第二次跑,一年增加的知识和训练应该会帮助你冲

Did you have any idea what cause the side stitch? I knew how painful it can
be and could not imagine how you beat it, especially when it looks like the
pain was with you for about 10miles?-:)
BTW, you are tougher than your year!!! Congratulations!

this problem, and even when I did get it very occasionally, it would go
away in a few minutes. Yes, I had to deal with it for a long time during the
race. I know two things can help to fight for it, changing breathing
pattern and changing pace. Well, the latter wasn't an option for me in the
race.

然后心率也跳得比平时高。回来想想原因,大概是因为,自从上星期LP和女儿回国,我
一个人在家,突然把mileage提升了不少,前天跑了20迈hill,昨天又跑了11迈,肌肉
疲劳没恢复过来,glycogen level也变得很低,上星期之前很稳定的139-140lb,这周
居然变成133-135lb了。得多吃点carb了。。。 |

your body. Actually your muscles must be sore after race and you may suffer
from side stitch, blisters or whatever in the race. Physically it may not be
comfortable at all.
But racing is still fun because mentally you feel like making a big
accomplishment when finished. Personally, I really enjoy the moment right
before a race while all runners are waiting for flying off.

我有几个建议阿:
1。下次呢,就真正的享受一下马拉松,不管速度怎么样,怎么舒服怎么跑,我就不信
还会抽筋。我感觉你好像想得很多,压力有点大。
2。开始还是要慢,我上次好像从18麦才开始拼力跑,这样整体自己感觉会好多,因为
前面其实也不会慢太多,但后面要是慢了就真得慢了。
3。平时long tempo还是挺重要的,我比较容易side stitch,每次MP都会有,但好像昨
天稍微调整了一下没有犯。我跑长的没有抽过,但track workout尤其是有次追人,抽
筋,而且觉得头都动不了,用的肌肉还是不一样。
4。别的呢,我觉得你已经做得很好了。如果可能的话按照比赛时间训练,咱不是有地
利和人合嘛.

I took Friday off, and had a recovery run yesterday. Today I had the last 20
miler before the race. Tried to run at MP on a hilly course. Fine in the
first 16 miles except the pace was ~10 seconds slower than MP. Slowed down
in mile 16 and 17. I could attribute that to the wind as well. But had side
stitch and cramp in the last two miles, a tough run.
I'd better refine my target to the lower end after this run.

1。今天是比赛完的第五天,昨天走路基本没什么问题,今天就去recovery一下,结果
发现大腿后侧,button有些痛啊,shin也有一点痛,我之前都以为能走肯定能跑。。。
而且side stitch又是阴魂不散,中间走了不少,不过到最后好像好了些。
2。上火,2年没有这么严重了,嘴巴肿得同学说是向被谁打了一拳,好像还抽得脸有些
疼。。。
3。困,没有耐心,是不是把那点耐心都交给了那最后的6麦了?睡很多,不过晚上9点
就困,昨天逛街半个小时就厌烦回家,晚上写holiday card写了一半竟然有些恶心,真
是中邪了。。。
4。很能吃,而且饿了就要马上要吃那样,很恐怖。。。
