pharm school。
头2年学费自己交。然后就是靠学习成绩申请外面的企业资助。一般说cvs之类会给你搞
个卖身契。就是读完去他们那里上班，但是付你学费。
更多的是愿意自己出。但是很贵。要读6年。其中有几年已经是实习的意思了。毕业后
一般药店站柜台，起薪7-8万。不过要做夜班。如果没有卖身，一般都是入pfizer之类
，起薪10-12万。那要爽好多。
在stlouis有个放射性的药剂公司，1年20万以上。那个是真的放射性的。但是1年至少
20万。
绿卡是关键。一般说有绿卡可以有贷款。以后6%的利息慢慢还了。 |

而且你看看味精前几场的赛程 最弱的是咱小羊 还是tm在stlouis打
不过只看preseason 我倒是觉得防守改观了很多 这点确实很欣慰 |

现在我打算每周维持在30+迈,每次跑7-11迈,每周3-5次训练, 怎么样?
现在我跑上7迈是觉得非常的轻松,只有到11迈以上跑完后腿才有酸的感觉.慢速度的跑
到16迈应该是可以做得到,但是没那么多时间,可以不可以用两次8迈来代替16迈的长跑? |

if you haven't had any 16miles long run, you ought to do that now. The body
feels very different after 20miles. The first 20miles in marathon race are
usually full of joy, laughing, and singing. The race usually suddenly
becomes quiet and painful after that.

跑到5个小时以上都很难。当然你要追求比较快的成绩那在当别论，需要考虑16迈的训
练。
我也会参加这个比赛，有机会交流一下。
