（1）flutter kick 不行，踢不上水。
这个就好比大冬天的，跑两圈就暖和了。但如果是做俯卧撑，OK，不说啥了。
当然，对于大众菜鸟的游泳速度而言。flutter kick 远远比不上手划水
效率，但是健身游的首要目的不是速度。
（2）吸不上气。
这个不用说了，无氧运动加站在水中大喘气。健身游的乐趣都杀干净了。
不过这个还是 flutter kick 加平衡的问题。无法在水中保持呼吸状态
的姿势，不能 on-demand 多吸气。
（3）“小花碎步”。
小花碎步就不说了，你丫跑再快，也不像个健身的样子是不是？跟小脚老太太
追公交车的区别不大。// 不许追杀！谢谢！
我的意思说，stroke 不够长而充分。不过对于业余菜鸟而言，长而充分
的 stoke 不一定快，有时候反而慢，因为频率不够，外加业余菜鸟就那么
一点力量。不过 again，健身游的首要目的并不是速度。 |

上那时候大三找实习压力很大，整个人瞬间就崩溃了（对啊，当时我的心理就是那么得
脆弱）。
从Merkert厕所一直找到Fulton厕所，再从Fulton厕所一直找到Stokes的厕所，天啊，
为什么BC一个厕所比一个厕所多人。当时寒风凛冽，想着，索性就边走边哭吧，可是下
课路上人叫一个多，而且一出门风一吹眼泪都流不出来了，难受了半天发现很饿跑到
Lyons底下买东西吃，那叫一个人山人海。所以根本就没找到地方可以适当发泄下情绪。
后来想说，那要不就约个Counselor调解一下，至少一对一哭起来也是保密的除了
counselor没人知道？没想到BC那时候预约满到要一个多星期后才有时间开放。最后我
去了St.Mary Hall的那个教堂，那里一个人都没有，我足足在教堂里面坐上了30分钟，
向上帝祷告：“上帝啊，如果你听得见，能不能不要让我这么难过......”（我不信教
，所以你可以想象当时我是真被逼到没办法了）教堂很安静，很肃穆，没有杂音，俗话
说，就是那种很神圣的感觉。30分钟后我心情终于平静了很多。

我自己制造了一个stupid ， 我带着小的儿子，去接大一点儿的姐姐，把车停在家门口
，习惯性的打开车门，看了一下第二天的日程表，没注意到小的一下车回到家，当我一
抬头没看到小的立马开车又去学校找，有立马再开回家，发现小的一个站在门口哭。

他们需要我提供4 个愿意抚养我孩子的家庭，共同把我的孩子给保回来。Of course
这样的家庭越多越对越有利于我的孩子返回。
在失去孩子以后，我深深反省我自己的确没focus 在孩子身上，我也在准备医学考试，
因为自己学医的。希望哪位好心人能够站出来，我将全身心投于到孩子身上。也不再准
备考试，孩子才是我唯一的生命。

我的英语教授就Jimmy Kimmel事情的看法，以及采取相应举措的建议。他的课是我在大
学里面上的最有用的一堂课，虽然我是学business的。我写的那些文章到现在还留着，
以后也不会丢掉。因为他的课，我对国际关系，世界政治格局，中东各国，中国以及邻
国的关系，疆独藏独，以及中美关系，有了一个全新的了解。他应该说是一个人权斗士
，与拉美社区，爱尔兰社区，穆斯林社区都有很多联系。
