美国和日本大部分民众不信任中国。同一份调查还显示，美国人和日本人在日本是否应
该在亚洲安全上发挥更大作用，看法不同。
皮尤调查公司在日本首相安倍晋三本月底访美前公布了一份有关“二战70年后，美日民
众如何看待彼此”的调查。调查显示，两国民众彼此信任度很高。
皮尤公司全球态度项目主任布鲁斯·斯托克斯（Bruce Stokes）在华盛顿的一个有关美
日关系的研讨会上介绍了这份最新调查。他说：“三分之二的美国人很信任或是相当信
任日本人，同时四分之三的日本人信任美国人。这对我们两国关系来说是很大的支持。

Pew Research Center）发现，90%的中国民众认为本国经济形势很不错，另外还有84%
认为未来一年还会变得更好。
国际货币基金组织预测，今年中国的经济增长将是1990年以来最低值，从2014年7.
8%下降到6.8%。但是皮尤却发现比起2007年经济增幅达到巅峰的14.2%之时，中国人对
本国经济态度反而要更加乐观。只有尼日利亚和布基纳法索的居民对未来一年的期望更
加乐观，两国的这一数据分别是92%和85%。
皮尤研究中心本周四（7月23日）发布的调查涉及40个国家的45435人。总的来看，
在经济大衰退（Great Recession）已经过去六年之后，全世界的人们对经济持悲观态
度的要占多数。受访对象只有45%认为本国经济形势算不错，美国的数据更是低于平均

人数的数字。在经历70年时光后，谴责日本侵略的“抗日战争纪念馆”8月15日在美国
开馆。
美国反日运动只是局部现象？

【欧洲时报网】最近，BBC委托城市中心的专家做了英国城镇收入的调查，数据涵盖人
口在13万5千人以上的城市建成区，排出了整个英国最高收入和最低收入城镇的榜单。
据BBC News介绍，作者Andrew Carter是首席执行官，Paul Swinney是城市中心的研究
和政策主管，该中心正在努力了解英国城市中经济增长和变化的方式和原因。

1998年，谢晓亮成为改革开放后哈佛大学聘任的第一位来自中国大陆的终身教授；2009
年，他成为改革开放后第一位哈佛冠名讲席教授的中国大陆学者；他是美国国家科学院
院士、美国国家医学院院士、美国艺术与科学院院士、美国物理化学和生物物理界最高
奖获得者，是获得美国生命医学大奖——阿尔伯尼生物医学奖的第一位华人。

中国搞不出来。为啥？
可控核聚变最大的理论难题在于等离子湍流的建模。在流体力学里，虽然基本方程就是
Navier-Stokes方程，但是其产生的湍流现象却是物理上几百年来都攻不下来的大山。
等离子体同样会产生等离子体湍流，因为有外磁场的存在甚至是比流体湍流更复杂一些
。于是在物理上就没有办法找到第一性原理出发找到一个简洁的模型去很好地预测等离
子体行为。理论都攻不下来，更谈不上用实验去检验理论了。这个数学模型数据量极大
，电子计算机的计算能力根本应付不了。只有突破常规的量子计算机才有可能。而量子
计算机的基础研究，美国仍然遥遥领先。
美国不是放弃，而是发现研究工具太落后，所以搁置了。 |
