以上，没connection的是 0%，平均可能10%左右。这跟 bottom up 的 agency 比如
NSF 不同，NSF 的命中率才有实际参考意义。
以前也讨论过这个问题，这种不公平不能怨人家，top down 的 agency 本来就有自己
的 strategic plan，你跟人家没关联没合作基础就很难 support 他们的 strategic
plan，hence no funding. |

对消费者来说，default 了房子就 free 了 cash flow，然后他们就可以消费了。
这没啥不对的，这跟 go off cliff 没啥关系。strategic default 从消费者的
角度来说是 the best choice，怎么能叫 insane 呢？
当然政府印钞票 bail out banks 是 long term disaster 没错，不过作者的逻辑
不大让人信服。

那就是怎么sell big data solution，因为无论你技术多牛，编程多厉害，你做出来的
东西最后是要卖出去的，如果你sell不出去，什么都是白搭。你说你是programmer，这
不关你的事,那只能说你很短时，因为你看不到你的将来，你可能从一个失败的公司跳
到另一个失败的公司，眼睁睁看着别人暴富。而且现在很多应用供需时脱节，供方面是
product，product都是程序员每天坐在电脑前想了半天弄出来的，都是能解决他们知道
的test problem；但是现实的需求比程序员脑袋里便的scenario复杂100倍.
