不是高手,试着回答一下。
举重前热身是绝对必要的,但是是否需要用stretch来热身要是情况而定。一般需要一
个general的热身,比如跑步,骑车来提高全身体温,或者有针对性的stretch来热身。
但是对一个特定的技术动作来说,还需要有针对性的热身。比如说Squat,需要用到髋
关节,膝关节,肩关节等大关节,我一般按照这三个关节的顺序稍微转转,然后通过自
身体重做几下squat热身,然后通过空杆做squat热身,然后用逐渐递增的几组热身。
真正有益的stretch应该是在做完举重之后,因为这个时候身体是热的,通过stretch更
能达到增加柔韧性的目的,而且也不容易受伤。唯一的缺点我感觉就是肌肉充血硬邦邦
的不容易stretch到平时的水平。
我码了这么多字有没有包子啊?

hmm, 忘记在精华区哪里看到过, 厚脸皮给你来个abstract, 大意就是运动前应该
dynamic stretch, 抬高腿之类的。static stretch在跑前是cold stretch, 不好。我
跑前从不stretch,以慢跑充数。运动后应该static stretch, 保持一个20-30秒钟,换
姿势或stretch further.

it all depends on what you want to prove. Deena Kastor stretches regularly
with help of her husband.
I don't need to stretch after an easy or recovery run below 10 miles,
however I need stretching badly after tempo or long runs.
I believe stretching won't do harm to your body. If it does, most probably it's because you are doing it wrong

从小就被灌输应该在剧烈运动前stretch,以免受伤。
请了一个personal trainer, 被告知应该在举重后stretch。在举重前全身热身5分钟
,以微微出汗为目的,比如说跑步机。
在这个版上也看到有些人在weight training 之后以stretch 结束 workout。
到底那个对?谢谢指教!

其他很多是老生常谈,比如lower back那些
还有一些华而不实,不太管用,比如biceps和chest(我一般都是gym里抵住一个东西,门
器械啥的,自己动身子拉)
但是lats那个我第一次看到这么拉的。试了一下,觉得挺管用的(以前我都是去双手悬垂
吊着拉)
不过我一般warm up的时候不stretch,只是活动关节(看过一篇科研文章,说发现

后影响冲击最大重量)

看到拉伸瘦小腿的帖子,发现有好多对stretch & flexibility有误解,在舞言舞,说
一些dance 101的拉伸及柔软度概念
笼统地说,柔软度分三种:kinetic, passive, and active;普罗大众认为柔软度标杆
的横批竖劈其实只是passive flexibility,那kinetic和active flexibility是什么捏?
用front kick前踢打比方:
kinetic柔软度好 = 肌肉强踢得高
passive柔软度好 = 踢完了这一脚不会拉伤筋骨腿脚痛
active柔软度好 = 踢上去不借助外力保持这个pose ≈ passive + kinetic
好多人只追求passive flexibility,殊不知当三种柔软度都拥有才能算flexible,举
手投足才能干净利落,线条才会漂亮(i.e 瘦小腿)
当我们看到dancer能在空中跳跃劈叉180度,她quad需要足够强core需要足够挺竖劈可
能要拉至270度才能有这一跳
这与肌肉强弱有很大的关系,排除天生命好筋骨软的,一般柔软度好的人肌肉不会太差
,想要柔软度好自然要stretch

如果经常跑,酸痛感应该不是来自乳酸,要注意休息
想让乳酸快点掉的好办法,就是继续使用那块肌肉,哈哈。

I feel most of these female posts are hot. As a matter of fact, I'll take a
fit chick (not skinny type) with a little cellulite and stretch marks
anyday to a fat or super skinny one without cellulite and stretch marks.
Cellulite is usually white women's genetic curse as majority of them will
have it. On the other hand, Asian women are genetically blessed in this
department.

尝试AM里Flexibiity training的Bent-leg calf stretch。左腿的情形和书里写的一样
,感觉到calf下半部肌肉被拉到。可右腿在感到肌肉拉紧之前,脚腕已经疼痛要折断似
的,这是什么问题?
平时跑步时左腿就更为轻松,舒展有弹性,跑多了不累;右腿则要花力气去蹬才往前走
。金鸡独立也是左腿站得更久,右腿一会就hold不住了。大运动量抽筋也都是右腿。
BTW,做Straight-leg calf stretch拉伸calf上半部时区别则不大。
