首先，美国是案例法，法庭通过案例来宣读对法律条文的解读。所以光看法律条文本身
是远远不够的。
宪法第十四修正案第一条就是equal protection clause。当年最高法院废除racial
segragation就是根据这一条(Brown v. Board of Education (1954))。
至于为什么可以以家庭富裕程度或者其他因素为入学标准，而不可以以种族作为标准，
这牵涉到所谓的"suspect class"概念。最高法院认可race, national origin,
religion and alienage作为suspect class, 任何根据这些因素为标准的preferential

专业知识是写不出来的。
俺是在去年研究Fisher一案的时候才接触到strict scrutiny，进而了解到司法检视的
各个级别的。我现在觉得聊宪法，聊高院其实是法律界里最简单最容易的知识，因为不
用太多细节。具体到某个专业法律里，才是非常难。如果要说点各州离婚法律，那我
真是俩眼一抹黑。希望feitian兄在法律界一飞冲天，未来某天俺老王跟着骄傲一把，
可以压抑着激动心情，平平静静地说，“哦，那个大法官啊，俺在他刚毕业的时候和他
探讨过一些法律细节问题。“心里痒死，表情如水。
扯远了，左派思想不顾这些法律细节，反正张口就喊，我惨，谁帮帮我呀。左派政客听
