you will know why. Sergio whined about the bad luck he got etc. I started to
dislike him after the spit incident. His attitudes in press conference make
me dislike him even more. He really is one of the top ball striker on Tour.

简单一点来说就是strict single plane swing
ben hogan的时代，或者更早，bobby jones的时代
这样的swing随处可见
但并不适合现在使用, swing和球杆一样，随时代变化
JMO: primarily because the movement is too hard on the body,
多看一些老的录像，他们lower body的movement都动作非常大(including this moe
dude), which most modern swing coaches discourage, 我们现在习惯于tiger/adam
的swing, 稳定的下身，爆发式轰球，(or els' big easy, if you can do it.)
我不知道moe norman实际水平如何

thing. It should take quite some practice to perfect. For me, I want to
keep "one swing for all" shots, exactly as the following post said. I do not
think I can manage multiple swings yet, and I rarely want my ball flight to
be low. Strong wind is rare, after all.
It is actually funny. I have been a low-flight ball striker for quite a long
time, which always accomanied with hook or draw. My major improvement in

233码的3杆洞打得是顺风，所以3-iron就可以了。
你要看这位pro打3杆洞，那是绝了。。真的ball-striker..
想当年，3杆洞也是我强项，一次赢了3个close-to-pin.
恩。。我错了，是个5个人。
welsh也很牛的一个人，很多次的us open经历，大学期间的all-american，他们还是最

看了几个洞。大概是前9洞，风的方向左向右的cross wind多，back 9是反的。
这个明天如果有时间全看可以确认下。
很多球员的Miss在前9洞也是右边；back 9就好多了。

发帖数: 10701 | 11 挥杆的速度不是看从setup到finish的时间，而是从downswing到finish的时间。
从setup 到backswing是越从容，球击出的可能就越稳定。
而downswing 到finish的时间，基本上是靠muscle type 决定的，比如有些人是fast
muscle类型，就是我们说的爆发力强，这种球员不需要个子高，身体壮，一样能击很远
，肌肉释放能量块。
还有一种球员是耐力型肌肉类型，这种人爆发力一般不匝地，比如我，所以我能击出
290码那纯属不可能。
tom waston即使年龄大了，但他smooth的节奏保证了力量的正常顺序释放，从而在距离
上不太吃亏。 他击球的动作很少有看到变形的。 而基本上所有的年轻球员，在练习场
到实际tee box，动作都会变形，多多少少。tiger也一样。要是看tiger击完球后扭着
个身子，10之8 9 不是啥好球。
前2天看你们讨论击球的速度力量，那些网上的trick纯素扯蛋。 能击多远基本上就是
身体素质控制的，假设都能击打在甜点区的话；当然，击不到甜点区，那就首先要work
on甜点区；剩下最重要的就是力量释放的顺序。

actually i am following his tips now. i figure technique is still more
important than sheer strength. but this exercise/training will help increase
flexiblity, explosiveness, and balance. by itself, it is good exercise
anyway.

现在练球有差不多一半的几率感觉击球的感觉很好，但是击球感觉好跟击球好差别好大

lot, shot in the low 80s consistantly for a while. But left the set behind
during on of my trips home.
Read so much good reviews that I am considering the Callaway X Forge again,
but with my inconsistant ball striking these days I am very hesitant.
By the way, I bought the Tour Striker Pro training iron. This thing is so
god damn difficult !!! Hit may be 2 or 3 good shots out of a bucket of ~50

发帖数: 412 | 21 AGAIN,GRASS和MAT对好的挥杆来说没有区别，但像我之前回复提到的，MAT容易掩盖不
好的挥杆，造成错觉，不容易发现问题。如果不得已在MAT上打，注意听击球的声音，
如果是只有一个清脆的，从球传来的声音，则说明IMPACT不错。如果是两个连着很紧的
声音，比如“嘣”“啪”，则说明是先打到MAT上，然后滑到球上的，尽管球飞出去，
但其实打得不好。
还有就是看距离，明显打的近的球和方向不对的，一边IMPACT都没控制好。
找教练可以考虑上一系列课，每次半个小时或一个小时，一周一次。这样每次针对一两
个问题，下来自己练习2-3次，来体会和培养肌肉记忆。golf swing is a chain of
actions，从GRIP，STANCE，BACKSWING, DOWNSWING, IMPACT, FOLLOW THROUGH一个环
节一个环节抓起，加上刻苦和耐心，一定可以成为SOLID BALL STRIKER的。当然，
SHORTGAME是关键，呵呵

90%×%90 仍然有 80% max out 的机会， short par5 比short par 4 多一些.

release 的样子. i think your swing should look good according to your
handicap level.
swing video 拍多了可能tedious. 特别是slomo.
没有coach，动作又不稳定。 偶尔拍一下可能还是有帮助。 ET就是用swing video 的
先驱。
这一次感觉可以理解 swing 的样子 跟我swing thought和习惯特点 的关系了。
也许可以调整的更加text book 一些。

consistent ball striking, as shoulder turn in different plane from swing
plane. requires too much timing to get clubhead back to the ball.

而且好像尤其要防打空枪，我没仔细研究过他的结构，但总之是和以前P系列不同
按照塑料枪潮流用了striker，好像对空放伤枪比较敏感，不如一般的9mm皮实。
买ruger就还是p89吧，虽然又大又重，但超级可靠，
p95是塑料枪身，好像要贵一些？看你个人喜好了
ruger的P系列也有decoker only的，同样是看个人喜好。
我的P89年前卖掉鸟，300刀 :)
