submitting new hire (W-4) data. The States that you designate must be States
in which you have one or more employees. Do not include the previously

不明白什么意思，在其它州不会有employee啊， 谢谢 |

A form, at the bottom of the form, there are two buttons,'submit' and 'reset'.
what should I write for the 'submit' button?
Hope I can receive an email containing the context of the form. |

偏偏我刚交了这个月的帐单,就忍着憋到现在来AMEX交帐单.
最后找到了这个javascript
大概原理,就是把submit的那个按键的内容转到一个隐藏的submit里,
然后disable表面的两个button之后提交表单.
