算了一下，每天消耗的能量是1600～1650卡 （按这个链接上的公式算的：

比较懒，不大想自己做东西吃。还比较喜欢吃Jimmy John's的sub，比如#4 turkey tom
(515卡）， 或者#5 vito (600卡）。
salad也比较喜欢吃，还在找看看有没有比较方便的。
假如说早上吃两片全麦面包，中午晚上都吃sub。
下午跑步半个小时 （350卡）
这样会不会没什么效果啊？还是要节食的更多一些？求建议～

而且sub 20 5K 也不一定3:30.我觉得里面因素太多。

need to hit goals in shorter distance races, 5K, 10k etc. I ask the question
'cause I am wondering whether I should build up good enough shorter races
performance before going longer distances.
鸵鸟, in your NYCM, every 5K you run about 21'. You must be able to run sub
20 or even sub 19 at least if you only run one 5K. hehe |

got as close as I could and ran a 10k in 51'22.
I will be working on this goal again. Hope to get sub 55' in October and
then sub 50' early next year.

一篇字。
年几年断断续续的跑步都没有达到，去年离目标最近时跑了51:23，不过后来又没有坚
持训练下去。大学时有一个同班同学，同属班里体育高手，经常系运会4x100m我跑最长
一棒（貌似第二棒比较长），他跑最后一棒。来美后听说他跑10k可以sub 48 min，非
常羡慕。当然现在版上sub 40 min的人车载斗量，50分钟的万米真是小意思了。对于我
来说，则是了了一桩心愿。以后可能还能跑得更快，但也许都没这次印象深刻。
些改动。这个网站我有在本版介绍过，貌似是一个搞不清楚是在南非还是北欧的免费网
上教练，你按照他的体系练，他给点指点，估计是靠网络的流量赚广告钱，也接受捐款
。这个网站的计划对我这次很快突破 50分钟帮助很大，后面称这个训练计划为TTR计划

sub space模式13小时通关，如果除去因为不辩方向而耽误的时间，大概7、8个小时也
就够了。
不同的难度级别也就是小怪多一点、boss血多点、杀伤强一点。
喜欢kof之类的，一定得玩玩这个。
不过本人对格斗游戏不感冒（之前居然以为ssbb是体感大作，买了之后才发现根本不是
那么回事，太弱了），sub space通关一次就够了，准备卖了。 |

不想再回到分子生物那类的研究领域，想学psychometrics/clinical psy/cognitive/
behavior这一类的（按兴趣降序）
国内上学期间学过些临床、社会心理学
但看到版上精华介绍等，觉得有必要考个Sub，增加下竞争力。
所以请版上各位指点迷津，有SUB相关的复习资料么？GRE官方的就是考题类型和例子，
恐怕不够，我得需要把相关重点基础知识要重新过一遍，再去考。
另外看到精华区说还没看到过外国人成功进入clinical psy领域，说明竞争和排外还是
很激烈的，还想再确认一下真的是么？要求身份？还是其实是病人挑医生导致外国医生
进入难？
