主要就是几点:
一个,疤蟆care允许公司不cover你的spouse.
第二,疤蟆care cover你的小孩但是employer不用subsidize,那么意味着你的孩子就是
要under cobra那样的医疗保险,那个费用是高得吓人. (employers won't be
required to subsidize insurance plans for dependents the same way they will
for employees.)
第三: 如果公司不提供疤蟆care的话,罚金只有一年2000美元.这笔钱给你自己用的话,
估计就是一个月的医疗费. 大公司估计还会继续替你买医疗保险,但小一点规模的公司
肯定愿意支付罚金.

释。
偏重the people就说是所有人都有权利，偏重militia的就说是a subset of the
people, 一般解释为“law-abiding, responsible citizens”.
此外，谁适用the second amendment也是众说纷纭，有judge说只适用于federal
government, 有的加上congress, 有的加上state and local government. 如果不包括
state, 这样state 就可以有自己的gun control law. 现在的状态是包括state and
local government.
还有可以bear arm, 不代表可以bear whatever arm you want. 可以regulate gun.
