就说这个高速收费吧，明明CHICAGO比土共还狠，可是五毛不看英语新闻，就不知道。
最近ILLINOIS这个收费的事争论的很厉害，IPASS最低收费从40C一下跳到75C，这个接
近100%涨价了。可是老百姓反对根本没戏。当然政府理由基本和土共一样的。但是
CHICAGO的几个着名小将是基本不开车不看/听英语新闻的，估计都是学校里的F1/J1，
所以这么好的素材都放过了。
75C还是IPASS最低收费，很多口DOUBLE都不只，最高是1.95刀。这是IPASS，CASH收费
是DOUBLE的。本来40C的口，CASH是80C。现在CASH最低是1.5刀了。
从我家去OHARE机场，来回50MILE，合80公里，要过355，88，294的6个收费口，新的收
费标准，涨价后收费就要5到8块，和3，50块人民币了，这还是IPASS。CASH收费是
DOUBLE。估计最高可能要100块RMB了。
所以天下乌鸦是一般黑的。老美以前还好，现在DEM控制的蓝州，比土共还狠啊。

最近IL警方抓了一个人。是个富二代。
他在FL飙车，撞死了两个英国游客，然后跑了。后来被条子抓住了。但是估计赔了很多
钱，另外上下打点，所以FL法院只判他HOME PRISON两年。
但是，这之前他在IL就惹过祸，还在ＰＲＯＢＡＴＩＯＮ，回来后就进了JAIL。
报纸报道这个事只是介绍了这件事，还有这个人的背景。就没有去比较为什么FL只判他
家庭监狱。
主要的问题在于经过一百多年，美国人民媒体对先富已经麻木了。
中国不行，30年前大家还吃一样的饭，现在你开改装宝马，我连肉都快吃不上了，这情
绪就很难稳定。

最近回了一趟国。上来谈一下感想。尽量写成流水帐吧。因为我3年没回去了，这一次
感慨还是颇多的。
首先，飞机坐的是AA. 被AA服务之差震惊的一塌糊涂。提前一个月订的票，临走1周我
发现我回美国的航班被他们改了。这之前没有任何通知，而且是改成mission
impossible的那种。赶紧打了一堆电话，才勉强换成一个非常赶的行程。AA飞机上服务
态度之差令人发指。有人感兴趣的话我可以再仔细描述一下。
先是到上海。总体感觉和以前没有任何变化。当然了，多了几条新路多了几个高楼。打
个不恰当的比方，这就类似我以前的宅男室友吃泡面。每天我回家，他的电脑桌上就会
多一个泡面盒子。希望诸位理解，我把这个称做没变化。
地铁上的人看起来都很憔悴。很多年轻人下班了上了地铁就拿出手机玩。之前亲戚朋友
