大概因为家庭背景，我本人相对来说比较关心国外学术界对中国海上力量的分析，
相对于国内一帮到处打打杀杀的喊声，痛斥TG卖国，国外一般分析都是中国这次做的很
聪明，我也想尽我之力，多翻译一些这类的文章，让大家多看看一些比较深度的事件分
析，不过因为这类文章都比较长，我的英语只能说是一般，时间也没有那么多，只能是
尽力而为了。

内含中國originally研發的技術。
所謂original，不只是獨立開發，reverse-engine也是獨立開發，
但做的是，別人早就研究論證為可行的東西，
guaranteed to succeed, 並無驚訝之處。
最重要的，提出這個問題，論證這個問題和方案
是在中國發生的。
這反應了一番思辨過程。這個過程發生在中國
那麽中國應該算是original。
單是提高某項在外國提出的，論證的，的產能，
和reverse-engineering沒太大區別。
當然，這樣做，是高成本的。 |
