我的基本想法,假定已经按次数排好了,从COUNT最大到开始,只要的距离不到,就加下一
个COUNT最大的,每次加入后减COUNT;达到距离,从第一个元素开始.如果在加的过程中,
一元素的COUNT超过的第一个元素,立即加入.这样的话,只要O(N),N是元素的总数,(4C,
3B, 2A, N=9).不知道说清楚了没.
想想好象不难,写了一下好象也没那么容易.

even google's 原始股 is limited to a few investor, it is the free and open
financial market which decides and maintains the value of a stock (company).
Do not belittle the MARKET! For a long run, the market value or price is
probably the closet value for certain commodity.
It may be critical to have strategic investors but you have to remember
there are tons of companies to invest, why did they invest in certain

If there is a train (running or not) in the next segment,
it is never allowed for the succeeding train to enter the same segment.
If the signal system had worked correctly, the succeeding train would
see red signal at the entrance of the next segment. It had to wait
there, until the next train leaving that segment.
While the trains are manually scheduled, the scheduler should never
let two trains enter the same segment.
