. Using feed tube when she is sucking. Give her breast milk first and the
formula. I was feeding my little girl breast milk and formula in the first
two months. I didnt use bottle at all, just let her sucking my nipple and
use the feeding tube. At the beginning, it is really hard, you have let her
sucking at least 15mins for each side and then pump the milk for next time

了,母乳每天pump的总量不到2oz, 每次都cover不了瓶底.
所有的可以试的都尝试了,每天先baby suck 然后bottle.但是宝宝总是在suck的时候睡
着,所以要费劲心思把她弄醒,要1个多小时才能让她suck 一段时间. 到后来用sns.每次
母乳都要一个小时,每天8次,期间还要抽空尽量pump 8 次. mother's milk tea ,
fenugreek, 通草,各种汤都尝试了,甚至租了一个 hospital grade 的 Pump . 也没有
见产量上去,有时候自己一个人喂宝宝的时候觉得很guilty,泪水就忍不住下来.
想在宝宝版问问姐妹么, 有类似的经历么 ? 你们后来有经历奶水产量上升么 ? 我该怎
么办呀 ...... |

宝宝在nursery 吃formula,习惯了pacifier. 在医院有练习胸喂，但是一点奶没有，回
家第三天终于有了一点奶，现在8天，4个小时两边一起pump20分钟才接近1oz。 奶少我
也认了，每天多吃多喝努力增加，可是宝宝现在不配合，吃的特别没效率。也怪我们开
始没按时有规律，还怕她饿，给formula. 每天晚上1点给瓶液体奶（2oz) 能睡4-5小时
到早上，我们还挺开心，可是白天，我们想不给formula了，她吃不饱就闹，吃的又不
给力，今天我想规范成3小时一喂，可是如果到点叫醒她，吃了5分钟就累了，又睡过去
，拍嗝醒来再吃几分钟又睡，放下来让她睡吧，又哭闹，因为吃的不够，这样折腾，一
边要吃30-60分钟，有时候就咬奶头不放，suck几秒停几秒的玩，没吸奶吞咽，当成
pacifier了。3个小时没法算了，感觉一天都在和她折腾，我累乳头疼，她也吃不饱睡
不好，下午把pump出的奶和一点formula瓶喂了才睡下，晚上折腾了会，没吃多少她又
睡了，估计累了，可是肯定饿着。这样的宝宝怎么train？该怎么办？

希望各位高手能不能指点一下MTT怎么打？
我一般只玩MTT，还是都是几百几千人参加的那种，感觉很难打，和前面一哥们的感觉
一样。以前非常tight,然后被suck out超多，有段时间还拿笔纸画正字来记着suck out
别人和被别人suck out的次数。。。背的时候可以连着9个game被suck out。反正就是
很不lucky。后来增加自己的range就好像好一点点，比较平衡。但是我打法不稳定，一
会儿tight，一会儿lose, 请问这个怎么控制？
还有blinds很小, AK, AQ, AJ等怎么打？发现raise了5个BB都有人跟然后输掉。
还有，想知道自己stack在15-20BB怎么打？ 20-30怎么打？ 30-40呢？
感觉最难的就是18BB-25BB这段，我不太会。
怎么resteal?什么时候这样打？我发现很多人small pair和mid pair reraise，如果我
当时只有30BB，还应该这样做吗？
除了steal, squeeze,还有什么需要知道的preflop打法？

如果你觉得网站作弊，那换个网站就行了。如果你觉得所有网站都作弊，那专心玩live
也可以。
即使真的网站suck out比率失衡，只要不是专门针对你作弊（这个不太可能）。别人
suck out你的时候，你也肯定在suck out别人。我有一次3b AcKc flop出来Ad5dTd。
shove之后对方KdQd。然后turn和river连续两张A。同一天single raised pot，我4h5h
flop 3hQhKh。flop shove，对手Ah7h。然后turn出来6h，river出来2h。估计对手死
的心都有了。
如果你因为现在edge普遍比较小、对网站不放心，决定quit poker。这没什么错。但是
如果你不打算quit poker，那么投入一部分金钱和时间来提升自己的edge比抱怨bad
beat和suck out ROI要高的多 |
