Sugar land上班近，但房子又贵又旧，而且在好学区的选择不多，看了一遍了（40万到
60万），房子里面看着都很cheap,也许是我没有看到好的。
Katy房子明显好多了，新多了，学校也好，就是头痛上班远了。有知道的向您请教了：
20迈的路，google上显示30min without traffic， 平时上下班的时候要多长时间？

发帖数: 1 | 8 最近要relocate到lake jackson/freeport上班，之前看房子的时候只看了Pearland因
为上班方便些。但是silverlakes完全找不到合适的房子，只好下单了一个alvin isd的
新区房。有个三岁半的小孩，所以对学区还是有些在意的。
这两天在纠结要不要换去sugar land买房。优点不需要多说了，好学区，华人多，整体
更发达一些。缺点么，上班要多10-15分钟单程，房子稍贵，而且Pearland房子上放的
earnest money也拿不回来了，而且反悔合约比较伤人品并且有很小的可能被sue...
求建议，谢谢！ |

间一长就都到很南边去了。
我现在在avenues，离the U近，离什么都近. 最喜欢的就是一辆分钟就进山了。一个礼
拜可以有2-3次饭后hiking。 |

。先是East Bench的Wasatch Dr上的一处duplex，可惜太小。最后物色了一处Sugar
House的duplex，拍了好多照片。以他30年SLC老居民的身份，我是相信他的。所以还没
到就跟房东说定要租她的房子。 |

发帖数: 4239 | 15 我住在sugarhouse好的区比较靠西一些的地方，在1100E。每天遛狗，周围走得很熟，N
evada Str那边是很靠东了，还真没去过！看了下地图，首先肯定安静，有一头是盲端，
车少。看了下street view，环境还可以，北段是在学校对面，其实乱一点，南段也是不
少树。sugar house最好的地方可能是诸如1400E，1600E之类的地方，但是Nevada这里看
起来也差不了。

，或者是
wholefoods那些花生酱机器的，就不含HFCS。只要多看看label，基本可以避免大部分
HFCS。
喜欢吃甜的，少吃一些cane sugar/honey/agave，是米有关系的。
