我们之所以称那些食品为垃圾（可乐，白糖），是因为它们除了提供能量，没别的什么
营养
麦片粥不错，至少还提供一些纤维和少量维生素。
我们当然可以吃碳水，但是完全可以选择比较有营养的碳水，而不是糖本身，对不对？
比如：粗粮，富含纤维的碳水（某些蔬菜比如西兰花），
富含其他维生素的碳水（比如土豆等。。。）

是Sugar Bowl三战皆负也让我等球迷对糖碗这个两个字记忆深刻。尤其是2009 年输给

认识他。我干脆说自己没有兴趣，他看出我不相信，拿出类似名片的东西，我突然想起

但是linq里面那些functional的东西，没有语言底层特性的支持，你转换来转换去也搞
不出一样的东西。按他那么说，所有functional language里面那些特色都是syntactic
sugar，人家那么多研究fp的大牛还不郁闷了。
