refining的过程时间短，成本低 效率高。大部分的Permian, Bakken， Eagle Ford的油
都是这样高质量的油 供给US Gulf 的refiners。加拿大好多地方的 heavy, sour
crude 和 oil sands 质量差 炼制成本高，是不好的油。现在油价这么低，炼制这些重
油是没有任何经济利益可言的 （这就是加拿大的Keystone XL pipeline现在很难批准
的原因之一，其他还有政治因素）。US进口的油基本上都是Saudi卖给自己在US Gulf的
炼油厂的，只有很小一部分卖给美国的炼油厂。Saudi的油是light, sweet crude, 比
美国的油还要好, 基本是世界质量最好 炼制成本最低的油。亚洲的crude基本是质量最
差的硫含量很高，基本卖不出去。 |

看了下，发现amazon上有，其他网站上应该也有，找个可以one day shipping的搞点，

开暖气应该是可以促进汞的蒸发吧，我觉得等你撒了硫磺才开或者通风良好的时候开比
较好

sulfuric acid, which is a by-product of your muscle burning ATP. You cannot
avoid that by building more muscle.
to reduce the pain, you need to stretch, drink lemon juice, and take cold
showers.
