发帖数: 635 | 12 一直习惯睡硬点的床，最后看上Ikea的一款memory foam mattress。
款式是SULTAN FINNVIK, King size的是$450，硬度是most firm。
说实话这个床垫很舒服的，躺倒床上很快就睡着了。但是几个小时
以后就会被热醒。看了看网上的review，好像memory foam床垫
都有这类问题，尤其是密度高点的memory foam，吸收了人体的热量
以后不能及时散掉，在身体下面的部分很热，这种现象叫heat trap。
尤其这几天屋里比较凉，睡到半夜，头和脸冰凉，身子下面热哄哄，
真难受。不过这种现象好像因人而异，LD就一点都不觉得热，睡得很香。
Ikea对mattress的policy是只能换，不能退。打算换成spring coil的，
或者Latex的床垫，谁有类似的经验啊？尤其关于Latex mattress的。

离班加罗尔大约150公里，是卡纳塔克邦的第二大城市，在班加罗尔成为首府之前，一
直是邦的政治文化中心。
伦歌那斯图(Ranganathittu)鸟类保护区
这个鸟类保护区位于库威里河(Cauvery river)河床，可以坐小船在里面转一圈。不仅
有水鸟栖息，还有鳄鱼，大约一米多长，有的张着嘴在沙洲上晒太阳，有的躲在河中小
岛边的水里。可惜现在季节不对，鸟的种类不多。
提普苏丹（Tipu Sultan）行宫
提普苏丹是18世纪迈索尔王国的统治者，他曾四次跟英军交战，在第二次盎格鲁——迈
索尔战争中击败英军，但在第三次和第四次盎格鲁——迈索尔战争中失败战死。他的这
座行宫位于原迈索尔城墙外，墙上的壁画描绘了当时提普苏丹击败英军的场面。壁画中
还有提普苏丹出行的仪仗队列。宫殿内部展出了许多历史画著，从人物肖像到城堡要塞

小店在North Ave上，以Falafel(中东素丸子）夹馍为特色。一个馍大概有两个巴掌大。
Cafe Con Leche
南美小饭铺，有古巴咖啡和Plantain Sandwich。Plantain是一种香蕉一样的植物，压
平炸的金黄酥脆，当作面包，里面放上肉和菜。很油，吃完手腻腻的。
Taqueria La Paz
街边不起眼的墨西哥小饭铺。但东西做的比那些连锁店（Chipotle, Taco Bell）香多
了。
手擀的面饼，香软而更有一丝甜味。炸猪皮，配上香菜和洋葱，口味简单地道。 |
