appeared behind Yuki. "It was NOT Emma," I heard my heart sunk.
It was Natalie, holding a bouquet of pink carnations, lavender and yellow

1. Time value of money - Discounted value (PV)
2. Diminishing returns
3. Sunk cost
4. Opportunity cost (OC)
5. Externality

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sunk_costs

The art of love is largely the art of persistence.
The next person is not going to be necessarily better unless the first one
is a rare find, so called JP here.
Every one marries the wrong person, until you start to examine yourself
and give your best effort to improve your relationship, don't give up.
爱情 has nothing to do with 经济学, love is to give and sacrifice, the other
targets for gains.

The way led along upon what had once been the embankment of a railroad. But
no train had run upon it for many years. The forest on either side swelled

trees and bushes. The trail was as narrow as a man's body, and was no more

Occasionally, a piece of rusty iron, showing through the forest-mold,
