贸易自由赚得大量资金背弃初衷暗中发展核武（以色列公开指控）。2018-5-8，川普宣
布美国不续约到期不续签，后退出《联合全面行动计划》。忍不了，说什么美国退出协
议，没有契约精神什么blah blah。科普一下伊核协议的背景和退出的理由。
1、所谓美国的伊核协议，因为奥巴马签了没有过国会，所以不是国家之间的条约，所

作地点调动的关系，想把房子快速出租出去，这时候才可能是带家具的。
另外，如果要买家具的话，我有两个建议：
（1）不要去宜家，因为性价比太低。就算去越南家具店，也比宜家强多了。
（2）刚来尽可能少买家具，把家具数目限定在最基本需要就可以了。因为事后你过了
一两年对湾区更熟以后，肯定会对当初买家具不满意。这时候留着觉得恶心自己，处理
掉却麻烦而且也舍不得。

sunset side ( well, most of houses here are old and so are the trees ). So,
there is no 西晒 in summer at all. Of course, the sunset is most welcome in
winter (when trees already shed off the foliage.)
Don't buy a due-north/south facing colonial in New England. The snow on the
northern roof would never melt, which causes an imbalance on the loading. |

早上8：30 左右离开Phoenix - Jerome（到此一游）- Sedona （停留2 h左右）-
Flagstaff （Sunset Crater National Monument；Wupatki National Monument每处20
min的停留 ）-5点左后赶到Yaki Point （Grand Canyon NP）看sunset 在 Arizona
room or El Tovar 晚饭
第二天
争取早上7点左后到 Desert View 看sunrise ， 然后在South Rim 各个景点 看景，
并作短途的hiking （比如Bright Angel Trail， South Kaibab Trailhead等），并游
览village。 晚上回Pheonix。
在pheonix市内不知有啥好玩的（可随时修改计划），第三天早上就得飞离。

向, 解散自由活动 OR临时决定.
天气不差但风大, 防冻衣物和帽子必须, 鞋子没有要求, 自背水和干粮午餐.

(本人是滑雪菜鸟，去了几次wilmout都在初级区.)
我初步的构想是这样子：
时间有两个选择：
1月1日早上出发，当天waterpark,晚上去Wis Dells Baker's Sunset Bay Resort住，
这个resort可以送两张免费的indoor Kalahari waterpark ticket,我们可以在新年晚上玩牌什么的，然后第二天cascade mountain, 这个时间的话大家还是可以在chicago度过new Year Eve,不过估计第二天早起就很累了。
另一个时间是1月8号出发，其他的都是一样的,主要是考虑new year 很多人不想出门。
