校,
superior的2个: superior elementary和eldorado k8的感觉不错. 好像前者成绩非常
好, 有朋友是过来人,她的俩孩子都是在这个小学上的,说很满意. 朋友说eldorado k8
的小学以前比较松.但 因为她的俩孩子都大了, 一个大学, 一个中学, 所以信息不算新
. 如果只考虑superior elementary的话, 很多房子都不在范围内. 有了解的朋友能不
能给介绍一下?
louisville也有2个觉得不错: louisville elementary 和monarch k8. 网查成绩好像
也不错. 据一个住在本地多年的美国朋友说这2个学校声望都很好,但他本人没有孩子,
所以具体情况他也不好评价.
louisville的房子好像比superior要贵一些. 我们还是偏向想让孩子上neighborhood的
小学, 觉得open enroll不太适合刚上学的小孩子.所以首选不仅是大学区, 而是要具体

过很多Denver附近城市买了地基有问题的房子到处哭的。
在美国买房有个规律：高学历老中扎堆的地方基本都是学区好，升值潜力高的房子。看
看Superior老中的超高密度你就懂了。老中看来看去附近交通便利，升值潜力好的（离
Boulder近）最后基本还是在Superior和Louisville里选。Budget不够的会考虑Erie,
Lafayette, Broomfield,但别的城市包括Boulder很多区,学校大多比Superior差一大截
Louisville的问题是房子太旧，学区略差，而且价钱偏高
Longmont便宜很多，但个人感觉位置太偏，去Denver太不方面，影响升值 |

吗？买老中扎堆地方显然不会错哈哈，我们就是首选SUPERIOR或者LOUISVILLE,实在没
有再考虑longmont,至于升值不升值真的没想过哈哈，来美国十几年住北卡，纽约，洛
杉矶，Omaha分别3-4 年不等，都升值不到哪去哈哈，主要是学区好房子住的舒服点。
另外不知道SUPERIOR和LOUISVILLE租几个月的房子找得到不？想在孩子开学前买好房子

万之间价格，在Boulder只能买condo，另外两个城市房源又少，加上看看大家在MIT说
Superio地基问题，而louisville每天刷新就那么几栋这个价位的，后面看了Erie这个
城市房子好些，学区也还好又说垃圾场和水质问题，昨天看了下longmont,貌似房子多
点，现在在纠结Louisville 和longmont,下个月10号就搬过去了，先附件随便租个几个
月的，看看能不能尽快搞定哈哈，不知道那边小学啥时候注册？很多房子个人感觉还是

一进门就看见四个Police在左手的桌子，安全感油然而生。在Cleveland downtown还是
很需要这种安全感的，呵呵。
桌椅都是最简单的，几个方桌拼成一个长条，中午生意好，不认识的人也就随意share
a table。但是居然没有空调！难以想象夏天会是什么样子。
要了一大碗beef and steak pho，随送的豆芽菜还算干净。汤略有些偏咸，味道也不够
淳厚。不敢说是加了鸡精或味精，但绝不像是牛骨头长时间小火煨出来的。
吃到一半实在是燥热无比，叫小二加了一杯Vietnamese Coffee到是及正宗。一杯冰块
，一杯炼奶with filtered coffee drip down from a metal cup。喝下去顿时清爽了
许多。
总的来说食物还算过得去，ambience则实在太差。Good for a quick bite for the
working class but not a business lunch.
