有一个实验,十个Subjects,每个subject先平躺,同时用方法A和方法B测数据,每种
方法测三次,得到三个数值。
然后,subject坐起来,再同时用方法A和方法B测数据,每种方法再各测三次,得到三
个数值。
然后,subject再平躺,再测。
最后,subject再坐起来,再测。
这样就得到一组这样的数值:

麻猫, supination 是正确挥杆的必然结果. 不是刻意做出来的. 刻意去做不但做不好,
手腕还容易受伤. 事实上, 如果顺其自然的话,应是supination 而不是pronation.
在杆头触球的瞬间(at impact), 如果你的左腿已经站直, 身体重心已经从右脚转到左
脚, 下身(胯部)已经45度open, 上身基本正对球与setup时差不多, 而你的双臂与上身
绞合(hinge)保持得很好的话, 你的左碗必定在杆头的前面(相对目标而言, 即离目标近
). 这时, supination 是必然的. 不可能是pronation. 如果, 你认为pronation是顺其
自然,那么你的swing就不可能正确.
这个录像我觉得不错. 你可以再看几遍, 仔细研究(不妨分解后,逐格研究). 只要握杆
, 手腕, 手臂都很松, 挥杆smooth并在杆头触球前保持头不动, 落杆(downswing)是自由落体+钟摆运动, 你就容易打得准而不容易伤手腕. 切记不要用力和人为制造紧张(tension).

A good drill for this is keep your two feet together during the swing and
make the swing shorter (like half swing or 3/4 swing). In this case you don'
t need to worry about your lower body and can solely focus on your wrist.
Also at the stance, your wrist should be already in supination and keep the
same supination at the ball impact. This drill helped me quite a bit on
supination.

pay a bit more attention on my supination, I notice i'm already a slightly
supination during my neutral stance, racquet perpendicular to the net above
my belly button. So it's not a motion I have to deal with.
I think doing a pronation then supination does give you a bit more quick
snap, a better feel of racquet head lag, and a bit extra racquet speed, but
timing of it will be more difficult.

Supination (bowed left wrist) is a must-have. When I first started, I had a
ugly cupped wrist and struggled to hit 130 with 7 iron. Now, I don't have as
much supination as pros, but my left wrist is no longer cupped at impact.
The result is significant gain in distance.

今天路过Kew Gardens地铁出口的medical center,有免费足部扫描检查。好奇的试了下
,说是有比较严重的imbalance,大吃一惊。

First of all, there's some esophageal tests that can be done to confirm the
presence of GERD. pH monitoring is one example and is usually done during

Based on your statement "almost all my shots always have high traj", I feel that indicates you need to
1. lower your trajectory by supination instead of pronation. This will make
your 7 iron become 5 iron. I learned this technique from Ben Hogan's book.
That can increase distance a lot.
2. improve your swing to hit the ball more solidly with long irons. Half
inch off from sweet spot can cause 15% loss of distance.

3iron is the club i practice most, i heard that if hit long iron good, then
will hit all clubs with ease.
i tried drills on supination, helps squaring club face at impact. feel and
tune it in pre shot rehearse when i slice too much. golf swing is only 1.2
second action, better has few swing thoughts as possible.
last time hit 3iron 180 yards something at course, no good enough yet. my
goal is to hit it to 190-200 yards.

i know consistency need long time to build, but knowing i can hit it far
gave me some confidence. to me, i was not aware of supination, and my ball
fight were all high.
I will try your "loosing grip tip" on range soon. it makes sense. Hopefully,
that would help my long iron stay long.

yellowstone7, 怎么练习这个supination啊。我觉得我要是刻意地去做的话,很别扭,
觉得手腕都会被扭伤。如果顺其自然的话,就是pronation了,是不是错误动作习惯成
自然了。不知道怎么改。
看这个录像,觉得那样刻意去做手腕很难受。

结束时,左腿并不完全站直,就很好地解决了左膝的疼痛问题。 DUSTIN JOHNSON在挥
杆结束时,左腿就没有完全站直,大概是他太高了。他在BACK SWING结束时左腕拱起(
BOW)相当有特色,完全不同于传统。等于是早早就把触球时的手型(SUPINATION)准
备好了。

年初膝盖问题很严重, 上下楼梯都成问题, 休息三个月没好,去看医生,这个问题叫
Runner's Knee,医生推荐到PT,PT教了我几个简单的动作锻炼腿部肌肉, 一个多星期
上下楼梯都没问题了, 1个月之后球场上飞奔。医生说膝盖问题都可以通过锻炼肌肉来
解决。
锻炼腿部支撑力:
1)Side Lying Hip Abduction 腿侧面肌肉
2)glute bridge march 锻炼hip
缓解腿侧面肌肉紧张:
1) Supine Piriformis Stretch
2) Iliotibial rolling
每项10个一组 一天3组, Stretch那个是每组30秒
youtube可以搜到很多相关视频,就不在这里贴了
