假如海归在早几年已经囤好了房子，那么恭喜你！你总资产净增X百万，甚至多余房子
还可以出租，总开销9000元还可以倒扣X千元。
可怜大部分海归不懂得，在中国的唯一生存原则就是万事都要投机倒把的。下面着重讨
论一下上海无自住房，租接着迟早都得买的海归了。
A）租房：
上海现在房租也不便宜了，每次回去都会给人suprise。说租房前先说说宾馆，凡是跟
住房相关的，都是一起涨的。现在宾馆哪怕价廉物美的锦江之星也要250块了，如家也
是差不多的价。如果带着小孩还想稍微干净点的普通一个房间2个床。如果愿意上300/
晚的话，选择能多一些。
现在上海有很多其他地区人口大量涌入，所以区域划分跟几年前已经大不相同了。早期
的划分还是按历史的概念，比如市中心的几个区域都是属于不错的地段，而有些区域如
闸北，杨浦属于市区里差一些的区域，而浦东，闽行，宝山属于再远一些的区域，至于
松江，金山，南汇，嘉定等 |

BF 被预期的太高，包括周五，从全美国停车场卫星照片上分析出来的数据估计可是好
多百分点。0.2%的话那就是低于预期了。
朝鲜应该暂时不会升级。
应该说整体来说没有太多正面的suprise，但负面的消息也有限。
后面一周的数据很多，政府应该会试图用这些数据来boost一下大家的节日情绪。
