I think 5 iron goes 170-190. 4 iron is around 200.I used 4 iron far less than
5 iron.

If there is a scale to evaluate a player's capablity of feeling and
technique when hitting balls, Adam is like 8/10 relying on technique, Tiger
is like 5/5 for both. |

definitely I noticed the two swing finish positions by watching tiger's game
. I guess i also pointed out on the board once. I said I was suprised by
Tiger's finish position. I am not quite sure the inconsistence things about
the two releases. but i always say "down to the line" release has a sharp
contact angle to the ball, which help me hit farther and help me finish at

as for short game, i guess yours is not bad considering bridges, callippe
green are very slope, tricky and large. plus play in a hurry sometimes, and
talk to partners sometimes. i woudn't beat myself up for lack of super short games.
when play for money, i guess longer is better. that's why pro all play those
long ass par4 as we play it as par5. for golfers struggle with swing at

Suprisingly, your problem was and maybe still is my problem. The biggest
problem is reverse pivot. at the top of the backswing, your body is (, then
at the finish, you body is ). This is due to natural compensation. This
causes a fast tempo and a hand dominated swing.

今天有点风，但是已经暖和起来了。有点风。
三月的trail是最危险的。经常有冰。摔一下可不是好玩的。
想想最近好像BQ的朋友颇有几个。也有点冲动.hehe.
how about run one marathon in Spring and then the Fall?
算了。还是理智一点吧。现在距离BQ还是差太多. hehe.至少先搞定抽筋先。

前面我说过，这次CIM不能算一次理想的比赛。但这丝毫没有影响我enjoy这次比赛。
跑完比赛，我终于可以不心虚的pat my own back and say, good job!
说不理想，最主要的原因是没有能保持peak的状态到start line，整个过程比预料的要
幸苦；另一方面最后6迈没有能更好的顶住有点遗憾。
但是，马拉松真的是一个重新塑造自己的过程。我非常意外自己可以坚持自己以为坚持
不了的步伐，达到自己以为达不到的目标。
不好意思的说，我一边跑，一边被自己suprise着。尤其到了后半段，每到一个迈，看
到自己的时间，心里都有个小小的声音说：你做到了！再来一个迈！
这跟欢乐轻松的半马是一种不一样的喜悦。
半马是理所当然，顺理成章，没有意外的欢乐；
CIM是我努力，我坚持，我做到的开心。
不是说跑步的人需要一些话来激励自己嘛，我也有的！
