现在在做碳黑分散在水或有机溶剂中,准备先对碳黑作酸处理,然后加分散剂, 考虑
用non-ionic surfactant, Triton X100. 当分散剂加到一定剂量, 如 2 wt% 以上时
(比如2 wt%, 2.5 wt% 和3.0 wt%),suspension 放很长时间不再sediment. 但不知
如何表征2 wt%, 2.5 wt% 和3.0 wt%之间的差别, 也可能溶液太黑,分辨不出具体差
别。另一问题是,怎样分析上述溶液的溶解度, 也就是分析碳黑在溶液中可分散的最
大量。 本人没有表面化学,有机和高分子的背景,希望大牛给点解释,并推荐分析方
法或文献。 多谢。

在一个小CRO干formulation刚几个月,想请教一下大牛们以后的发展:
1. 现在的工作涉及小分子药的solid,emulsion,injectable好几种剂型,也有些GMP
的经验,2-3年后这样的经验跳大药厂容易么? 是只能去generic,还是generic,
brand都可以去? 以后的职业发展大致有哪些方向呢?
2. 感觉现在brand里面招bio formulation的挺多,bio formulation能从小分子
formulation转过去么?
3. 未来5-10年,小分子的formulation的市场行情是看涨呢还是看跌呢? 身处东岸,
总觉得药行业不稳定,总想着未雨绸缪......

大家好:
我是即将于2011年底毕业的环境工程Ph.D.。从去年开始陆续在一些学术会议中参加招
聘会,修改简历,了解工程界的市场形势和对员工的需求。最近注册了Mitbbs和一些专
业论坛,对找工作这个系统工程有了一个大致的了解,这里也要感谢众位前辈的经验。
今天是第一次发帖,算是给自己的找工作历程标记一个开始。找工作不同于申请或者作
研究,不是一个人单打独斗。所以希望在这里能和大家多交流经验,分享信息,同时也
是互相鼓励。下面附上我自己的的简历,希望大家能够不吝赐教,多提建议。另外我会

关于简历:我现在主要的目标是Consulting公司中的Scientist/Engineer。我在国内的
本科和硕士专业分别是给排水工程和市政工程,无论是工程还是研究经验都是偏重于水
和废水处理技术的应用,来美国后做的研究则偏向Science。客观评价的话,我的实际
操作能力较强,性格很开朗,善于交流,喜欢学习新知识,所以感觉Consulting应该是
个不错的尝试,而一份目的明确的简历则是这个尝试的开始。考虑到这个目标,我的简

ft, I am not synthesisze alloy.
But, as I think, you should mix teh precursors of Pt and Ni, generally their
salt, in solution and reduce it by DMF or NabH4 in the presence of surfactant.
Since Ni is relatively active, the reaction should carried our in organic
solvants, such as alchohol.

I thought that to mix Ni and Pt and send the mixture into ball milling machine
and it will be done.

using ion-exchaging resin.

I am preparing amphiphilic block copolymers: polyisobutylene-b-poly(vinyl
alcohol).
It is expected that the block copolymers is water soluble when the PIB segment
is short enough, so I can get water soluble surfactants.
however when DPn of the PIB segment is 50 or even 15, and the DPn of PVA is
200-260,
the block copolymers are not soluble in water.
when I use DMSO (a good solvent for PVA), the block copolymers are dissolved.
Any comments on this? Thanks a lot.

A and B are bi-continuously dispersed.
Then what is the point to discuss who is in who?
Are you working with polymeric surfactant?
Bi-continuously dispersed system is too concentrated
to apply simple SANS model without huge modification.

Could you provide the exact paper citation, or tell us more about
the sample composition? Is it one-phase binary system, which is almost
impossible?
By the way, for Nafion ,

if n is not too large, I believe Nafion can be treated as surfactant.
Then the phase behavior and SANS model have been widely investigated
in the literature.

The phase separation in a binary system will keep going till
it reaches two layers. SANS of a two phase sample, especially
a low viscosity sample, is very noisy and hard to reproduce.
Nafion cannot be considered as surfactant(n is tooo large) then.
Let me quickly go through the paper first.

How to avoid the formation of micelles when using PVA as the surfactant in
the suspension polymerization?
It's so hard to filter when the suspension reaction is done. So many papers
showed they used filtration method to separate particles from water phase. I
don't know how they make it. I cannot use centrifuge and decant method
because of ....
This question bother me so much. Tons of thanks for any suggestion.
