散射的分析技术,还有一些与工业界合作的经验。 熟悉各种常用的分析技术

Mobil公司的第一篇的确是Nature上的;但是我感觉那篇JACS的文章更具体,更详细,
被引用的次数最多(至少我引的最多,哈哈)所以我就从它讲起了。
至于MCM-50,说实话我从来没有亲自合成过,也不是很懂;只是有认识的人做MCM-50
和Polymer的nanocomposite。据他说,那东西除掉CTAB后就塌了,因为层与层之间不再
有支撑了。不过的确应该也是摞在一起的,就象一打儿山楂片儿一样。可能那哥们儿说
的mesostructure消失是指XRD上看不到峰了吧。其实很难讲那些层一旦“紧密”地压在
一起后,再在高温下一煅烧(如果是用这个方法移除surfactant),是否还能说是“
mesostructure”

Nanocasting制备介孔碳时,MCM-41得到的是坍塌的柱子,因为MCM-41的柱状孔之间
没有连接;而SBA-15就可以得到稳定的介孔碳,因为其柱状孔之间有微孔联通。对于
这个差异的解释,好像是在SBA-15的合成过程中,PEO链交叉伸入到Silicate孔壁内,
煅烧后造成微孔;而合成MCM-41的时候,CTAB没有这个特性,故介孔壁是“实心”的
。既然MCM-50也是用CTAB做Surfactant(如果我没有记错的话),那是怎么在孔中产
生柱子的呢?

的尺寸,不包括外面的Coatings. 两种方法都比较准确.如果你用MALVERN 的DLS 仪器

用non-ionic surfactant, Triton X100. 当分散剂加到一定剂量, 如 2 wt% 以上时
(比如2 wt%, 2.5 wt% 和3.0 wt%),suspension 放很长时间不再sediment. 但不知
如何表征2 wt%, 2.5 wt% 和3.0 wt%之间的差别, 也可能溶液太黑,分辨不出具体差
别。另一问题是,怎样分析上述溶液的溶解度, 也就是分析碳黑在溶液中可分散的最
大量。 本人没有表面化学,有机和高分子的背景,希望大牛给点解释,并推荐分析方
