应zhangsan点歌。这首歌真太好听了，唱的好享受，谢谢zhangsan贴这首歌，因为我以
前还没听过席琳迪翁的原唱呢。我知道录音效果很糟，我要真心道歉！但是我也没有办
法，我唯一的耳麦坏了好久了，很久也没录过歌了，可是听了这首歌以后压抑不住想唱
的心情，就用我笔记本内置话筒录了，所以硬盘的噪音非常大。。。鼠标的声音也到处
都是。唱的比较虎头蛇尾，高音基本靠喊，不会的装饰音不是掠过就是混过去了。。。
zhangsan我不要你的包子了，这个效果我觉得不好意思要。。。

choice about playing your hand. Not every game offers surrender, and those
that do fall into two categories which bear expanation: Early vs Late.

6750,但是cash value只有3600，亏成狗了，老婆现在才醒悟，我们想要Surrender,但
是发现Surrender Charge有1万，所以Surrender的话一分钱都拿不回来。
为了最大可能的挽回损失，我在想可不可以从insurance里面把cash value全借出来，
然后停付每个月的Premium, 这样保险是不是就自动collapses了。
本版的大神们，上述的方法可不可行？ |

发现cash value 15000，surrender value只有8300，就是说要交大约6800的surrender
charge. 听说现在有secondary market可以卖不想要的VUL,但研究了一下发现只适用
于65岁以上的。
请问大家有什么办法能把损失减低到最小？另外，这些损失的钱能算做capital loss来
抵税吗？
PS，本人买VUL之前做了很多research（是engineer的通病），还自己写了一段Matlab
程序算过在什么情况下VUL的收益可以超过term+MF. 想简短总结一下，给想买VUL的网
友们一个参考。
1）VUL一定要7-pay才有可能比term+MF好。那种每月付几百的根本就是在烧钱。简单的
道理，一个水池，上面进水，下面出水，只有加大进水才能让池子最快满上。只有7-
pay才能最大限度的offset VUL的高额保费。所以有能力在三年里往里放50k的人才应该
买500k的VUL。
2）要买就至少500k,不交额外的4-6% prem |

value的。因为你还享用保险的保障。
IUL前10年的费用比较高的，一般快有12-20%左右的，如果你的保额大，那么保险的费
用cost相对就会高的。
就是whole life的保险，也是基本上要交20年钱，cash value才会等于全部交的保费的
。 保险是要长期的，不是看短期收益的。
具体怎么surrender不是很清楚的了，你可以问问agent。 |

1）cash value $23,000
2) surrender charge $14,000. 如果在program里呆10年就没有surrender charge.
3) Monthly premium payment $1,500. 已经付了1.5年. 每年的insurance cost大概是
$4,500.
现在我想从以下三个里面选一个：
1）surrender
2) 将face amount改为1M 或者500K，然后每个月多配以减少cost的比例。但我的agent
说这样的话要按比例surrender
3）转成whole life insurance。还不知道具体细节
