contribution and authorship都可以提，还是避免award吧，这个容易被RFE
cite from USCIS Policy Memorandum:
"Note: In some cases, evidence relevant to one criterion may be relevant to
other criteria set forth in 8 CFR 204.5(h)(3)." |

搬进来后发现本应该是直线的边界，被邻居家的后院侵占进来大概2个feet左右（总面
积大概40 sqft的样子,两家之间有共享的fence，final workthrough时候问了list
agent，说这个fence应该是我们建的）。如果不是邻居家侵占，也就是我家前院的草地
有一小块是他家的(我家草地边上是他家的铺好的driveway。但根据plot plan的比例，
他家侵占我家地的概率要大些，但plot plan没有法律效率，大家觉得有必要做
property survey吗？除了占地，还要把前院围起来，现在都不知道该围到哪里，也不
知道边界上的树和shrub是他家的还是我家，现在当我家的天天给他浇水了。
另外大家能推荐靠谱的能做property survey的公司吗？做fence的公司也需要。 |

自己property的范围其实也是有必要的。
如果seller有旧的survey，让律师准备一个affidavit of no change就可以了。 |

You can save money however if you don't buy the marker from survey firms.

如果没有什么landscaping项目的话，找到也没用，这里很多邻居都分不清的。有项目

做survey的跟其他contractor一样，没啥技术含量，竞争激烈，所有人的结果都差不了
几寸，google/craigslist几家，找到价钱最低的，要图纸，要PDF版的map就是了。 |

read while you can have a state-of-art sense of Computer Go research.
As for game, Go is only second to Chess for the intensity of research and
programming, yet we all know it's very weak.
In theory, I don't think it has no depth. If you read the review, you'll
feel a world class Go program deserves a good Ph. |
