银行要求，然后attorney照做，但银行有时候可能不是很确定price是多少，因为这个
都是attorney找的，所以也可以说是attorney定这个price。 |

发帖数: 5901 | 47 这个是确定property line的。卖家的确没有义务给你提供这个。很多人买房子都不做survey。如果不是有疑似 encroachment 或者想精确地知道property line的话没有必要做这个吧。在city或county里面找到的图纸就能大致知道lot有多大，边界在哪里。 |
