能产业的技术开发，为“明天”的核能产业商用化做好技术准备。所以，尽快启动我国
快堆核能系统的技术开发具有极其重要的战略意义。
快堆的核燃料闭式循环包括热堆乏燃料后处理、快堆燃料制备、快堆乏燃料后处理
等。我国对快堆燃料制备技术研究刚刚开始，快堆乏燃料后处理的研究迄今尚未启动。

拉票的手段。这个是共识不多说了。
但是巴马care烂，不代表repel and replace容易。
首先，bipartisan的说，cover全民basic的医保是合情合理的。
其次，福利就像水，已经被巴马任性的泼出去了，怎么收回来？何况每个
congressman都有自己选区要讨好。
再说，很多rusty belt的trump voter是指望这个health care的。

其实, 说点实在的/世俗的/有实际意义的, 最重要的是 sustainability / supply. 环
境保护啊, 气候变化啊, 都还是第二位的. 至于那个什么能源转化效率, 那更是书生们
吃饱了撑的.
总之, 我对化石燃料的未来 supply 持悲观态度 (天然气据说还凑合, 但对石油很悲观
), 我是大力看好电动汽车/电动火车/城市轨道/氢燃料飞机/氢燃料重型机器/核动力船
舶... 等等等等.
我个人认为: 目前大力反对电动汽车的, N 分之一的人是屁股决定脑袋, 包括 Fox
News 这种, 背后都是石油天然气的利益. 另外大部分人是糊涂蛋, 人云亦云罢了.
其实 sustainability is the king, 直接和成本挂钩, 也就是 $$$, 这张王牌一打,
其他所有的牌都死. 所有人不管是德州的红脖子还是加州的绿脖子, 都会蜂拥而去. 其
他的话, 说什么都没用. |
