要办5年的MS.要办certificate program，要开online课.据说弄一些课凑凑就能办
certificate program.这张纸学校可以随便印。online课难道那么容易，要多多少工作
量啊。这些额外工作好像都是要faculty大家来分担。反正就说是要多收学费。说今年
的deficit都是stimulus money给补上了，明年的deficit就只能减工资了。
今天下午更夸张，一个和我共用一个computer lab的instructor来找我，说有学生打印
东西太多。当然提倡少浪费纸张，我也同意。问题那家伙跟我说这个lab要self-
sustaining.FT, 一个teaching lab怎么self-sustaining? 我说没纸到main office拿

第二烧过的木柴没有形成coal bed，前面烧的木头无法使后来的木头干燥后燃烧。
自己砍的木头需要室外通风好的地方干燥至少三年才可以使用。如果没有干燥木头，
google一下teepee fire,这种堆放的木头，容易后self sustained fire
还有一个办法是去craigslist上找pine, birch, juniper这样有pitch，有oil的木头。
有些人家自己不烧，免费拿。这些木头有明亮且迅猛的fire |

的都下架（当然，也有可能是被撸光，不过以我的经验，本地有少许MSer，但不至于近
段时间这么不sustainable的撸），这种5%~6%的门类返现应该就是银行单方面出血吧，
又不是克罗格和银行合作各出一半，即使是fraud，也是银行那边认为是fraud（讲真，
最多算abuse了，fraud是哪跟哪），克罗格你卖我就能买，干嘛好像就像防贼一样。
想起去年圣诞节撸gc的时候，旁边的老美确实买了和我一款的GC，不过我买的是100的
，她买的是25块的，估计是送给孩子老师的。按照美国人的习惯，好像500面值的GC确
实有点不make sense（比如他们很多人观念中用card买另一种card就很奇怪），那
USbank，bancorp这些照样发行20-500这种variable的GC。500的一般可以怎么解释呢？
当然99%的情况下你不用解释，即使被问你也可以选择不解释。只是有的时候小二露出

实，缩着脖子吃饭喝茶。还时不时两只手互相绰几下，看着实在让人叹息。
遥想成吉思汗年代，中国男儿个个雄姿英发，满胸浩气豪气在世界上弛马纵横驰骋，老
外们见了个个伏地称臣。如今看着国人一个个缩头缩脑，真让人的恨不得上去捶他们几
脚。大人也就罢了，偏偏那些小孩子也学大人的样，个个小脑袋往羽绒服里缩，真让人
对整个民族和国家失去了信心。尤其有时看着一群一群的“缩头”不守交通规则的横穿

was unsustainable and is reversing. In addition, one Chinese company after
another is being revealed as a fraud – and then crashing. These are not
isolated events. I have studied Chinese companies for more than a decade.
Out of all the stocks I've analyzed closely, I've only seen a handful I didn
't believe were fraudulent.
So far, none of the major Chinese banks have come under serious scrutiny.

主要是premium太高了，没有什么margin for errors,容易有overreaction either way
不过lulu比crox强的一点是，business model比较稳定，就是传统的靠store front争
market的方法。而且target的是mid-high income的 号称爱好运动健康小资女，所以跟
其他服装店一样很长一段时间都会有一定的客流。它的成长相对crox也是比较
sustainable的。crox当年的成长是triple digit的，几乎不可能sustain.crox主要是再转型到比较传统全面化零售商时遇到了financial crisis,转型扩张动用的钱突然造成了周转不灵。
不过，如果哪个季度growth差强人意的话，或大盘转向的话，股价随便少掉20-30%是小

BUDAPEST (Dow Jones)--Hungary may see its assets suffer losses or
underperform its central-European peers at best when markets open Monday,
after rating companies published harsh criticism on its economic policies.
After weeks of looming fears of a downgrade of Hungary's sovereign debt,
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services placed it on watch for possible downgrade
Saturday and Fitch Ratings on Friday lowered its outlook to negative from
