I was saying we brought him to water park every weekend over the summer --
as it is very very hot here in texas -- he loved the 'Waving pool' over
there, but also we found it is hard for us to teach him how to float or swim
... So now try to find a place for him in winter ~~ The place I am looking
at right now is called Elmer Swim School -- any comments welcome :-)

我来介绍一下这条船，是比较豪华型的。有两天晚上男生要穿燕尾服的.
不过老实讲我没打算买那种象婚纱的dress.Semi formal 是要的。那就可以了。有两天
在海上。其他每天去一个地方。
在船上的两天，有不少是可以做！
船上有spa,swimming pool,cabanas,great food anytime(maybe someone may feel
scared of this). :))

If there were such a free indoor swimming pool, due to its popularity and
its limited capactiy, every morning there would be a long line outside its

wait to try it out. Went to the beach today with my wife and daughter, and
took a swim while they played in the sand. The water temperature was
probably in the low 70s, pretty cold by the normal standard, but it was
PERFECT with the wetsuit! I was also surprised by the buoyancy the wetsuit
provided me. It makes free style swimming so much easier. I had always

requires tremedous energy from swimmers. I was wondering how can
recreational swimmers like us swim a quality butterfly over a long distance
like 100 m or 200 m. I saw lots of people's butterfly becomes survival or
struggling butterfly during the last 25 of 100m. Any suggestion for getting
stamina in butterfly.
Also, how many strokes take you need to swim 25 (no diving)? My current
stroke count is about 8-9. |

with different favors. When it is on sale at Costco, we normally buy 2
boxes (24 bars) at a time. The only challenge with that is my daughter does
not like to have same favor every time.

是女生的话，这个速度在一般人里狠不错了。
自己游，差不多到这个水平就是瓶颈了，下面需要专业的训练和指导。
master swimming就是跟队游，教练偶尔会指导动作，主要是先要让体力上一个台阶，
不然改动作没有体能基础。
如果要扣动作细节，一个是平时要用心教练说的每一句话，对每一个练习组的要求，另
外可能需要private coaching。
master swimming至少一半是从小就专业练过的，其中很多曾经是高中和大学的游泳队
的，完全业余出身的也不少。
参加这个训练最难都是第一个月，如果你每周三次能坚持下来，体能一定上个大台阶。
然后就算入门了，开始进入漫长
的终年无休的数年如一日的专业训练。但是你的成绩一定能不断提高！
