得出有甚麼分別. 但如果是舊車, 就要先磨去已有的 swirl marks and light

面包机揉面发面：水 1 cup，油 5 tbsp. ，鸡蛋 1 个，糖 6 tbsp.，奶粉 ¾
cup，
普通面粉 3 cups，酵母粉 2 tsp.；
1.5 小时之后，取出面团，分2 或4 部分，分别擀平，
然后依次撒匀红糖，面粉，桂皮粉，蔓越莓干，卷起来，
表面可以薄薄刷一层油，二次发酵；
烤箱华氏 350 度，15 - 20 分钟左右，表面金黄。
（具体烤多长时间有点儿记不太清楚了，各家烤箱温度不同，请自己注意）
放凉，然后密封保存，凉透以后再切片。
和商店里卖的Swirl cinnamon raisins bread 不相上下的。还没有什么添加剂的。
香蕉核桃仁面包
因为买的香蕉多了，放的时间长都熟透了，再不吃就不好了，
所以决定来做一下这个闻名好久却一直未动手的banana bread。
而且家里还剩着一条黄油一直没有用，也就拿来用上了。
女儿在电脑上玩儿了半天了，于是把她叫过来一起鼓捣，反正是照着方子卖卖力气。

vanilla和velvet双层蛋糕
懒人没有kitchen mix 蛋糕粉版
烘培新手，以前有过热情，无奈做出来都没有人家男生做的好吃。备受打击，之后基本
没做过甜点
后来发现那男生是gay
于是乎发现好几个gay朋友都做得一手好desert～～～
用的蛋糕粉，烘培大牛请pass
不过我觉得蛋糕粉太甜了加了1／3的all purpose flour
用了1／3盒的vanilla 和1／3盒的velvet蛋糕粉
而且用牛奶取代水，用的butter取代原配方的veg oil，做出来的蛋糕香味浓郁而且非
常moist，甜味正好
不喜欢太甜的同学可以考虑哦～～
配方如下：
3 large eggs
1 cup Milk
140 g (ml) 大概3／4cup all purpose flour
1／3 cup butter
把上面的mix均匀后分成两份，一份加vanilla蛋糕粉，一份加velvet
mix到无粉颗粒，我是穷人没有kitchen mix都是手动的，所以蛋糕粉是我最好的选择啦

需要的材料和工具有：
Vanilla cake mix , Vanilla icing, Wilton Candy Melt (pink), Sprinkles,
Lollipop sticks and bags, Wilton Pops Decoration Stand.

啥事儿就开溜，开车去300mi去onsite的地方。300mi高速，如果顺利的话，4个多小时
就可以开到，想到路上遇上车祸，有一段10mi不到的路，用了2半小时. 结果下午4点多
出发，300mi的路用了8个小时才开到。
到了旅馆已经是凌晨了，收拾一下东西，真正上床睡觉已经是早上1点了，睡到早上5点
多，就醒了，醒了就不敢睡了，6点多一过就起来了。早上8点interview到下午3点半。
4 senior engineers+1 manager, 一个人45分钟，刚开始还好，回答的问题都到点上，
就连中午吃饭的时候，interview我的senior engineer都拿着俺的resume问。到了下午
，讲的已经是口干舌燥了，脑子明显开始发晕..

发帖数: 184 | 43 我不知道怎么稀释乳汁，但我觉得你这个是因为左边一直没有完全通，导致油脂较多的后奶淤积。油脂在温度高时流动性较好。
我觉得热水澡挺通奶的，要让热水冲淋到乳房上，避开乳头，不让乳头会比较痛。多冲一会儿，同时用手在乳头周围围成个小池子，形成swirl pool，这个比用什么热毛巾，或者warm pad都管用，记得要用比平时洗澡热一点的水。
实在不行，你在热水冲的时候同时揉，如果太痛，就先吃点止
痛药再揉。 |

farmer's market买，原菜谱比较甜，用1/2量就可以，optional 的东西我都不加。
whole wheat flour 做出来的东西一般比较糙，但这个蛋糕小孩都很爱吃。
Groovy Tea Cake
½ cup of honey
2 Tablespoons melted butter or ghee (or oil)
1 cup of milk (or water, a little less)
1 ¼ cups of whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
optional:
2 tsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup chopped nuts
Cream the honey and butter together.

尝一下。
很多母乳指导手册上都说了不能使劲摇晃，会破坏营养成分，这个绝对不是民科，有科
学依据的。
正确的做法是轻轻的swirl, 让奶在瓶子里面顺着一个方向旋转，直到脂肪全部溶在奶
