I myself got the deal so I am telling LZ my own experience. The previous
owner had it for 5 years for her daughter, and she lost interest after a
couple of years. They were moving and they were eager to sell. That's why I said "5年左右的保养很好的钢琴可以买到1/3的价格就算很好的deal了。" It does need some good luck.

I've been misled by some ads myself. The seller said they bought the piano
for only X years, but they bought it as second-hand, and the piano was
really old.
We eventually just bought a new one.
I said "5年左右的保养很好的钢琴可以买到1/3的价格就算很好的deal了。" It does
need some good luck.

因为以前有一个报纸写过去我老家自驾游的攻略，所以有一些来访者也曾找到过那里，
送来一些小礼物或者拍一些照片，我都会看到，但是最近看到放在老家的一些来信，
让我读后觉得非常无奈困苦。
我们国家有一个部门，叫做信访办。古代老百姓受了当地官员的冤屈以后，就会上京告
御状，运气好的还能拦到当官的轿子，运气最好的能遇见微服私访的皇帝，这些小概率
事件乃是支持整个社会对公平正义向往的精神支柱。到了现代，领导们都换上了好车，
不能再用拦轿子的方式自杀了，更大的领导由于电视曝光率很高，也不能微服私访了，
就算下乡，最多也是去一些当地 |

Ingredients:
100ml cream
200ml beef stock
Chinese soya sauce
1 tbsp white flour
Salt, white pepper
Instructions:
Swirl the boiling water or beef stock in a pan.
Add cream and thicken with white flour if preferred.
Season well with salt and pepper.
Serve the meatballs with the sauce, freshly boiled potatoes, uncooked
lingonberry jam and salad. There you have the perfect Swedish meal! |

10月初到Vermont去游览了几天。喜欢喝Green Mountain牌子的咖啡大概都有10年了，这次终于有幸去green mountain欣赏秋景。
据说由于今年夏天干旱，Vermont的红叶与往年比，今年不是最佳。去之前又刚好有一阵强暴风雨，竟然10月初，好多树上的叶子都已经随风而去了。但是对我们生活在DC地区的人来说，已经不虚此行了。在Vermont，可以拍照的树林，小溪随处可见。因为到处都是树林，而小溪似乎也是连绵不绝。

装上的事，我一直没空翻出来找型号call厂家，也许明天就做。
我在网上看到有人卖我这款75的，但是不知道它新旧程度如何。
graco alano dot and swirl，我的是07年出厂的，从08年12月到09年5月，断断续续用
过5个月，可能也就十几次。
还有个比较旧的swing，但是音乐很好听，功能也全，旧但是干净，想。
还有个比较旧的bouncer。
还有比较大的孩子用的wagon，没怎么用过的，坐俩人的。
还有double stroller。
至于exersaucer和gym，还没咬下牙来。
还有个小的Bassinet，有轮子可以推到各处的。
还有个单独的stroller，很新。
还有个基本没用过的新swing。
还有奶泵，但是需要自己换配套的管子。
还有热奶器，奶瓶架子等等，都是煞费苦心到处找地方收藏准备以后用的，所有的东西
用的时候都是小心翼翼的。
我比较抠门，所以开价会比较高，所以会放到craiglist上，到时候来贴链接，如果你

个spit做optional。
sip后主要品”FAST”：Fruit，Acidity，Sweetness，Tannin。好酒一般要balance，
